My online order was ready on-time but one entree was out of stock. The salesperson substituted a different entree at my request and processed the return. The entree that was out-of-stock when I arrived was in-stock when I ordered it. Hopefully, the reservation system will be more accurate in the future.

I love Snap Kitchen! I go to the Arboretum location and they're always well stocked and the staff are friendly. I have the Snap Pass so it's easy to pick up my meals and get 5% off each time. The meals are healthy and don't contain any of the junk you find in other pre-made meals, I love how it's made with REAL food and it all tastes so good! Saves me so much time for meals throughout the week. It's worth it to try them out if you haven't before!
