It’s a shame when a food place, specially a local one, has really good food, yet the personnel makes the experience unpleasant

This is just my 2nd time here, and I came back because I remember trying the Italian sandwich on my first visit, so I definitely wanted to try it again

I probably would not have to repeat everything I said if the cashier did not have his head phones in. Even if they are not playing music, it’s not a great look. Love the food and friendly staff though.

This is a great sandwich place, visited for the first time today but at the cost of my sanity! I've actually never seen employees be that blatantly rude to a customer over something they got wrong. The woman working the cash register wearing glasses, wasn't able to get her name, was sighing as we were placing our order for 4 people. Then when we saw the sandwich was wrong she made a whole ordeal about remaking the sandwich vs. giving us the condiments on the side. There...
