Terrible customer service. Several workers but did not even address new customers as they approached had several customers waiting. I understand they are young but customers are first and customer service should be priority.

Wow- so surprisingly yummy. The ice is soft like ice cream with a great flavor. I had the coconut with fresh pineapple on top. I got the large and shared some with my husband- but not too much because it was so good.

We love SnoMo! The texture of snow ice is mind-blowing! It isn't regular shaved ice. It tastes very soft and creamy. My personal favorite is taro snow ice with tapioca on top. So yummy!

For being the first here, I loved the options! My hubby had the Taro, he always go for it in every bobba tea place and this was no exception, it was amazing! I had the black tea with milk and I was beyond happy, because due to Covid options are more limited and definitely we did a great decision here.

This location isn't as good as their Austin flagship location. The quality of the products is below par (e.g. ice is not blended smoothly in drinks). However, service is relaxed and friendly. The area doesn't have it's own seating; rather, you have to walk around to the common spaces shared by other businesses. Wait time isn't bad though, and there is parking around Hmart.
The coconut snow tastes like eating actual coconut flakes without the fruit toughness, it just melts on your tongue! It's something out of a fairytale wonder world! The snow is made from a sort of condensed milk mixture that is frozen and finely sliced into thin layers. Snowmo does not water down their mixture really juicy flakes. I loved the color too, it's pure white like real coconut flakes! I got my snow with a mochi add on. The mochi texture is gummier than most mochi, which I think pairs well with the soft snow ice. Located to the immediate right of the H-Mart food court doors, I walked around the entire food court only to realize it was next to the door. At this location, the charge for the small is the same price as the charge for the medium at the Lamar location! So that's fun. Counter service venue in the food court.

I have only been to the Braker location and this one and I must say their portions are A LOT smaller at this location. I was here on a weekday around 6 pm and we were the only ones to order, there was only one girl in the entire shop. My daughter, her friend and I ordered and the girl began to work on the orders however, it seemed like she was behind and she seemed very stressed out. She worked on 2 other orders then a delivery order, then ours. By the time she got ours there was a line behind us. Poor girl, I wish she would of had help. I thanked her and we went on our way, we took our tiny portions and ate all of it. They do taste a slight different than the Braker ones and are significantly smaller. Over all ok but I think I'll stick to the other location, their menu is slightly larger as well.

Every time we go here, the drinks are always good. But, there is one young man that makes the drinks perfect! We were so happy to see him working there tonight at the H-mart by Lakeline. This guy is the best and he deserves a raise/bonus!
