WHAT A FABULOUS BRUNCH EXPERIENCE! The food and drinks were so delicious and perfect, the ambiance was wonderful, but most of all the service was the absolute BEST!! Mimi our server was on point the entire time, and brought us whatever we asked for or needed immediately!! There were several of us, we ordered many drinks, had several spills, and she never stopped helping or smiling the entire time. The rest of staff was so wonderful too making sure we were happy throughout our brunch. The manager Shamel greeted us when we arrived also with a huge smile and went of his way to make sure everything was perfect including moving us to another area because of wind and so cheerfully!! We felt like movie stars! I love this particular Snooze so much and thank you Mimi and Shamel for making our celebration perfect! We will definitely be back!! ❤️❤️❤️

Showed up at 2:00 not knowing they closed at 2:30. Food and service were both great. My only complaint is that I was told they were out of their bacon appetizer which I find odd for a place like this.

Awesome place to get breakfast. The staff is very friendly, they offer excellent service. The food is delicious and satisfying.

Just popped in for a quick bite as I missed lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Perhaps as it was less crowded, I had lots of attention and great service. Plus, the food was delicious.

The bar staff were great! Very friendly and helpful. I am new to Austin and on the hunt for good pancakes. I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon and coffee. The eggs and bacon were good, but the pancakes were not. They had an ok flavor, but were a little dense for my liking and I the syrup was was not good IMO. The hunt continues.

The food was good overall, but the omelette wasn’t warm and the plate was cold. The restaurant wasn’t busy, so I expected a bit more attention to detail. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not as great as it could have been.

I absolutely love visiting Snooze! The staff is always so warm and welcoming, and the food is consistently amazing. Honestly, everything I’ve tried here has been delicious. The atmosphere is perfect lively but still relaxed enough to have a real conversation. And the OMG French Toast? Pure heaven on a plate! I look forward to it every time.

Food was great as always, server was overwhelmed but understandably so. Atmosphere was okay, close to closing time is a miss.
