Menu has interesting twists on the traditional bennys, tacos, burritos, pancakes, and scrambles. Many gluten free and other options. Had the pancake flight - pineapple upside down, blueberry danish, and sweet potato pancakes (gluten free). These were the best, fluffiest pancakes I have ever had. Large portions, wonderful flavor combos. My friends had the pork belly fried rice, marscapone-filled French toast, and breakfast scramble. Phenomenal. This place is also LGBTQ friendly, and servers were lovely and helpful. The fifties diner decor was upbeat, modern, and clean. A great experience!!

GF is so hard to find. Even harder for tasty treats like the blueberry pancake with cream and strudel topping. So good. Comfy booths and chill vibe. If GF, ya gotta go.

Went in on a Wednesday for brunch and it was delicious. JT, was working the bar today and took good care of me. I ordered the Juan’s breakfast tacos and Gluten free pancake flight. Omg my inner fat self was in full force that day. If you’re indecisive like me, just get the pancake flight, since you can customize what flavors you want.Great experience all in all!

Food is always amazing. But the server is probably too busy to serve, we wait for a while to get the coffee and food. Overall a good place to recommend

Went and got breakfast tacos with barbacoa and a Buddha bowl with an egg. Both items were sorta bland. The tacos needed to have barbacoa added otherwise they might be bad. The bowl needed a sauce.I've had snooze at other locations and the food was much better. There's a lot of space for large groups and the retro theming is very cute.

Great place for brunch. I can ne a food snob and their variety and unique pancake flavors did not disappoint. Gotta have the table sharing trio. The pineapple pancakes are a must have.

We have visited Snooze a couple of times before and have liked it in general but we had a pretty bad experience recently which is what this review is about.1. We reserved 45 min ahead on the app and arrived 10 min before the ETA window start but we were still made to wait 35 more minutes to be seated. There was not too much crowd and tables were definitely empty for a lot of time before being occupied. So, I think it was just slow service. And we also noticed a few other parties got in front of us in the line just because they registered ahead in the app although they arrived well after the check-in time. If that is allowed, then why force us to check-in early?2. It took another 30 minutes for our food to arrive in spite of us placing the order right after being seated. One of our vegetarian order was messed up 2 different times either with an entirely wrong order or egg being included and it took that order another 30 min to arrive after the rest3. Finally, we ordered an extra pancake towards the end hoping it would come early but again, it took almost 25 minutes when the entire table was waiting for the order. And that pancake turned out to be under-cooked and bad too.Overall, a pretty bad experience mostly because of really slow service. I dont think the food is worth the planning and waiting - might as well go to the many other brunch options in Austin with similar or better prices.
