There was a long wait, but thankfully the bar is 1st come 1st serve so my husband and I were able to get seated right away. The staff is friendly and attentive. The coffee wasn't good, but the pancake flight was delicious. I felt like the protein omelet was a little too salty.

This has been my best Snooze experience ever and I go to snooze a lot! It started off with the amazing KelliAnn making our visit with her exceptional customer service! Then the food came out and I was blown away by the flavor! Mind you I get the same dish at every Snooze, the pork belly fried rice and the chicken sausage. I had to find out who was behind all of this flavor and it was none other than the Dynamic Black M.A. Tea (Chef Mathieu). He definitely put his foot in this dish! It was the best pork belly fried rice I’ve ever had at Snooze! I will be stopping here every visit I make to Austin!

We received a referral, it was great. My food was excellent, our waiter never let my coffee get empty. The restaurant was packed and from what I saw everyone got the same service

Good:
- latte was excellent
- wheat toast was excellent
- hash browns were good
- turkey sausage was good

Bad:
- a bit slower than one might think on a not-too-busy morning, but overall not too slow
- asked for over-medium eggs, but mine were fairly undercooked, which is an unforgivable sin and single handedly knocked my experience down two points

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery delivers a fun, upbeat brunch experience with creative dishes and vibrant flavors. The pancakes, hashes, and Benedicts are standout favorites, and the presentation is always eye-catching. Staff are friendly and energetic, keeping the atmosphere lively. Wait times can be long, but the quality, freshness, and playful menu make it well worth the visit.

Best breakfast spot in east austin! So good in fact we pretty much ate there daily for a week straight haha. Everything can be made gluten free, and there's a good mix of healthy lighter options and the more traditional heavy plates. Portions were great, and everything always tasted really fresh. The best part though are the servers - shoutout to Kellyanne and Bella! You really made our visit to austin amazing! We loved starting the day with you guys at snooze, you made our visit really memorable. Enjoy ;)

The food was fantastic! I didn't have enough to drink while the servers spoke more to each other than to the customers. I asked a few times for refills that never came on a slow Monday. I prefer a different Snooze location, even if there is a wait for a solo seat.

We waited almost 40 minutes to get our food. I feel like they prioritized doorsdash because the restaurant was not that packed and multiple people were picking up food.
Food was great and wait staff but will not return to this location.

Today KelliAnn’s service went above and beyond! She was super knowledgeable about the menu and was very helpful with our dietary restrictions. Omar was shadowing and he was a treat! Could not recommend more!

The protein omelet was fluffy, packed with savory sausage, bacon, and cheddar, and perfectly folded. The BLT breakfast bowl took comfort food to another level—crispy bacon, fresh greens, roasted tomatoes, and a perfectly poached egg on top of seasoned potatoes. But the star? Those pumpkin spice pancakes—light, fluffy, warmly spiced, and drizzled with real maple. Every bite screamed fall.
Service was fast, friendly, and the vibe was upbeat without being rushed. Snooze nails creative twists on classics while keeping flavors balanced and fresh. Already craving round two!

I have come 3 times in a row. Met by happy helpful host/server. Seated promptly and attended to with smiles and grace. I’ve had Benedict’s and pancakes and they were great. The home made hash brown was hot and crisp. The blueberry pancakes fresh and juicy. The fresh squeezed OJ is like the icing on the cake.

Great place for breakfast.
We visited twice during our stay.
I had an omelette and hash brown with gluten free sourdough. The second time I had a GF pancake - both meals were delicious.
100% worth a visit.
