Perfect place to cool off in this heat and plenty of options for dessert! I got the mango slushie, it was the perfect amount of sweet.

I used to love it here. But traditionally these have sweetened condensed milk drizzle and this time it was just dry ice milk. Not as good. But as you can see, it's fun and has a lot of potential!

When it's mango season, Snowy Village uses fresh mangoes for their Mango Cheesecake Bingsu (Milk Shaved Snow) and it's the best bingsu that I, an ex-non-vegan bingsu connoisseur, have ever had --even outside of Texas, South Korea included. I used to always get a large Mango Cheesecake Bingsu and a Hot Taiyaki Croissant with Custard with my now husband, and I must say, that I was a bit tempted to steal a bite (or two) from him when I came back as a vegan. But I was also curious to try their vegan options for the first time, and the employees were super helpful to ensure that my order was 100% plant-based. Unfortunately, none of the bingsu and hot taiyaki croissants were vegan, but it seemed that most of the drinks were easily modifiable to make them vegan by substituting the milk to almond or organic soy milk. After hearing that they do not add honey in their pearls (boba), I got the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with organic soy milk and pearls. The drink had a strong soy milk flavor and just enough sweetness for my liking, but if they included a vegan bingsu (using condensed coconut milk?), I will most likely come by and have one every day for the rest of my life.

Wow. All I can say is wow. I had never had Bingsu until I stopped at Snowy Village on a lark with my wife and daughter. It was crazy good. I had the mango cheesecake and everything from the fresh mango chunks to the chunks of cheesecake were amazing! Do yourself a flavor favor and stop in and get yourself one of these!!!

Waited an hour to get our two drinks (one was a smoothie that was basically melted when we got it) and a taiyaki. Pretty bummed because we really like the other location. It was tasty but pretty frustrating having to wait so long.

Bingsu is alright and a bit pricey; but the taiyaki is very delicious and reasonable! We tried chocolate bingsu and Oreo Taiyaki. I love the taiyaki there, and will definitely come back for it, maybe not the bingsu.

delicious but expensive! Each of the bingsu containers was $12 which is lowkey wild for some shaved ice and red bean. But it was so good and big that i can't even be mad at them. The container is big enough for two people but i finished it by myself highly recommend and they make it super fast, it literally took less than 10 minutes to be on our way.

The food here is delicious! You will definitely need to come with friends because even the small is a lot for one person. There are a lot of great flavors but my favorite is the mango cheesecake shaved ice. I love the chunks of cheesecake and the blend of everything with the mango. They recently added taiyaki and will be excited to try that when I come visit next!

Excellent shaved ice. We shared a mango one amongst three people. Mango tasted soft with creamy shaved ice. We also ordered red bean and custard filling taiyaki. Everything was delicious and fresh. This taiyaki dough is slightly crispy on outer layer and flakey as baked. It tasted a bit like outer layers of croissant. Traditional Japanese and Taiwanese ones tasted more doughey with scent of egg batter. We could taste the red aduki beans in the he fillings. Will be going back to try more. The price is a bit high.

Bingsu FTW! I love this soft, shaved ice fruity deliciousness! Add warm, toasty, flaky taiyaki pastries filled with Nutella, custard, or red bean. i know it's dessert but I prefer coming here hungry...I think we've been here the last 3 times we've visited Austin. We can't get enough of it!

Totally gone down the hill. I ordered their bingsu several times thru Doordash and Ubereats and this is the first time I received my order like this. Size/portion got a lot smaller and to be honest, this literally looks like someone already tried some and delivered to me. $12 for this is just nonsense.

Went in today because I was craving shaved ice and this place is relatively close to where I live. I ordered the Matcha and Strawberry Cheesecake Shaved ice for a friend and myself. I will be returning to try more flavors.

If you haven't ever heard of bingsu, or tried a red bean or taro-flavored dessert, you're in for a treat at Snowy Village. Whether you are looking for something hot, cold, savory or sweet, shareable or just for yourself, there are plenty of options for a snack or dessert at Snowy Village. For a hot and savory option, you may wish to try out their taiyaki, which is kind of like a stuffed croissant that is hot-pressed. Just this week I tried their ham and cheese taiyaki, and all I can say is YUM. So much deliciousness in the simple ham & cheese-stuffed warm, buttery, and crispy pastry. For a sweet and cold option, definitely go with a bingsu. You can start with a more fruity flavor such as strawberry or mango or blueberry, or, for a more traditional Korean flavor, go with taro, mochi, or red bean. Depending on the season, the fruit options may change (I appreciate this). I've had watermelon-flavored bingsu here in the summer which was absolutely my favorite. But I'd recommend bringing a friend or two so you can split a large option (or multiple flavors)! These flavors are placed atop a mound of shaved coconutty/milky ice. Snowy Village never disappoints. It is truly a heavenly spot. Underrated, if you ask me. I don't go here enough, and neither do you, most likely!

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is absolutely terrible. The customer service is nonexistent. I waited 36 minutes. And watched four people who ordered after me have their order fulfilled before mine. When I asked them, they said they haven't even started my order. Neither of the workers would even talk to me or give me an explanation. The customer service here is terrible. I can't even speak on the food because I waited 30 minutes and couldn't even get my order. on top of it all The workers were not even apologetic. They didn't care the slightest bit.

If you're stopping at Snowvy Village, I hope you know what is Bingsu. A popular Korean shaved ice dessert, usually comes with sweet toppings or fruit, condensed milk, fruit syrup, and red beans. They also have Taiyaki! You can never go wrong with the plain option but I prefer the Taiyaki with nutella. Well anything with chocolate is good with me. I got the green tea bingsu, contains red beans, injeolmi (korean rice cake), milk syrup, almond,, and green tea powder.. duh. I love it's combine with injeolmi. It's basically mochi. And the classic, assorted fruit bingsu. You can never go wrong with that unless they're using old/bad fruits. Also contain milk syrup but with whipped cream and purees syrup. Both is perfect, not too sweet and ice quickly melts into your mouth. You can get it small, regular, or large. I think small is a perfect size for one. Of course, if you're craving for dessert in the moment, I'd go with a regular or large! And if you can't decide, their menu has pictures. Usually helps with my decision making.
