Great chicken sandwich and I am a fan of the potato wedge like fries!! I think on my sandwich it could’ve used an extra minute in the fryer to crisp it up more - or maybe the steam to go softened it. Either way, I enjoyed the sandwich and loaded fries. Guy at the front taking orders was awesome and had great customer service. Thanks!
Had the loaded fries. Unbelievable 10/10 best fries I’ve had. Cooked expertly well, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The combo of beer cheese, red onion, and bacon creates a great flavor and blend of textures. The fries themselves are super flavorful. If you go to Meanwhile for a beer, definitely order these fries!
Song bird has my favorite smash burger in Austin. The sweet pickles and special sauce are perfect and make it a standout among the average. The price point is also good compared to other smash burgers in Austin.
