“The last time I was here, I was missing a lot of food from my order. I had to drive back to pick up my missing food. Wasted a lot of time because of this. Very inconvenient. The servers were nice and friendly. To bad my order was incomplete.
Update: I'm stepping back my review. I noticed that the error wasn't with this Sonic but with the app. My families order wasn't added correctly and this Sonic actually gave us what we placed in the order.
My apologies to this establishment. The servers here were understanding of the situation and even apologized when it wasn't their fault. True professionals and they give meaning to the customer is always right. I highly recommend this Sonic and will be back.“
“I have seen this Sonic my whole life but never stopped by until now. I should have come sooner. Carey brought the order out with real energy and a friendly vibe that set the tone right away.
The All American hot dog was on point. Simple, classic, and made right. The pretzel surprised me. It came out hot and soft, almost like a doughnut in the best way.
Good service. Good food. Glad I finally visited this spot after all these years.“
“This is the most high quality sonic location I’ve ever been to. Food is always good. The team never messes anything up for me and they’re nice when they deliver it.
Sure it’s fast food but it seems like the management has a good team and morale.“
“So i come here some mornings before work, and the guy who usually takes my order has such a positive upbeat attitude. Always says good morning and just his tone is a good day starter for me. My order is 5 bucks and usually i’d tip $1 but cuz of this guy i tip $2. And the food is always great and comes out quick. I cannot speak for the night shift. All i know is this location is 262639171x better than the william cannon location down the street.“
“There are three or four different sonics around my way to and from work. The one closest to my house always messes up. Any kind of milkshake order + the staff are just kind of blah. But at this one, feel like the staff are always extra friendly. + They don't mess up my order.“
“Love sonics drive in. 1 huge benefit over looked is they are often open at 7-8am, with a full menu. I love haveing options. Especially large route 44 drinks with the best ice. Their ice is so popular they even sell bags of ice like the ones peeps get at gas stations, or stores except it is sonics brand.“

“Food was ok. But the girl who served us, Neveah, was a little short with us, would not allow us to ask for any sauces, and instead of giving me a straw for my milkshake she gave me a spoon. The experience felt very transactional instead of an actual customer/server experience.“
“Tangie is so wonderful she makes me want to cry. She’s one of those rare people that the second you come up to her, you could just pick up immediately on her absolutely vibrant and lovely personality. Our interactions are brief but they stay with me for hours.“
“I had terrible issues with using the app getting locations confused while trying to pickup my order. Once I was able to reach this Sonic an employee went out of their way to help with my order even after showing up very late to pickup my food. I truly appreciated it and will return.“
“They rarely get orders right. Needs better organization. I notice whenever someone brings out an order, it's never to the right person. They are always going back and forth. Maybe their POS needs an update? The manager will take care of you though. He's very professional.“
“Sonic is my go to spot when I need a little pick me up. Prices are skyrocketing everywhere but for $3 I can have the best cherry limeade in Austin. Make sure you take care of the carhops, it’s hot outside!! A special thanks to Connie for making me smile yesterday!!“

“Staff is awesome, at this location. Food is as expected 😋. I will say this Sonic Dine-in needs a complete overhaul internally and externally. over half of the interface panels are broken or off about the only thing that is consistently working. Is that the red call button. Could use a well needed remodel resembling our more modern sonic establishments. Best regards.“
“I've been here multiple times and never felt the need to write a review but today Teimara took care of my order and delivery and she was the sweetest. Her tone was gentle and she held eye contact and made me feel welcome which I didn't realize was something that was lacking previously. Thanks Teimara!“
“I love this place for thier Mozzarella cheese sticks, and marinara dipping sauce. Everyone has been getting rid of their marinara sauce. I am so glad sonic still has theirs. I always get a large order. I like the ice they use for their drinks. I enjoyed their chilicheese hotdogs called coney's. They make a pretty decent cheeseburger. The corn dogs are good. The tater tots/chili cheese tater tots are good. The tater tots are a bit greasy by themselves after munching on them for a while, but perfect with ketchup which will nullify that greasy vibe.“
