I had the best experience today at Sonic. I wanted something quick on my way home from running errands and I hadn’t dropped into Sonic in ages. The guy who took my order was very friendly as well as the guy who brought out my food - it’s so nice to have upbeat and positive customer service these days when so many people take it for granted. The food was quick, fresh, and exactly I remembered it to be. I’ll definitely be back soon!

We waited 5 minutes to be greeted after pushing the button. We ordered mozzarella sticks and a soft pretzel... We waited another 10 minutes for the food. So, the waiting was the down side, but when we got the food it was perfect. The soft pretzel had a fluffy crunch on the outside and soft perfection on the inside.

EVERYTHING TERRIBLE! CORPORATE NEEDS TO COME SEE FOR THEMSELVES. i live right across the street, i tend to come here everyday ,even tho its repetitive, because of my job hours this is just whats most convenient for me but after today i will never be back again!! My order of 4 items too up to an hour, its takes them 30 minutes to take your order not sure if their speakers are broke or the workers actually need HELP. Was also over charged they speak to you with attitudes, & manager looks very unprofessional. First time they brought me out the wrong food, second time they made it wrong even tho precise instructions were given. food was a mess! my cheese was on the paper instead of my food.

Absolute worse service ever. I don't blame the workers but the management... This guy was obviously new and didn't know anything about sonic and I see the manager outside on the phone. Everything about my order was wrong. Didn't know how to use my coupon... Wrong drink complete wrong size food. I gave up trying to correct the guy. It's fast food but if they have a guy that's only been here a few days the manager needs to be in there.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would, apparently the manager “told us” that it was cash only when they didn’t… , we didn’t even get told that the food was coming or not. We give her our card, and The lady comes out with our food and gives us attitude not believing us !!! and goes away and says “sorry” and just leaves ….. this is terrible

I thought that it would be a nice to get Sonic but the service is SO SLOW, I was there for 2 half hours waiting for my food.
This Sonic is a ZERO for sure. The person taking orders was very rude, the fry container was half full and everything was cold.

I hate this sonic so much man, one time i came like 15 min till close and got a chilli cheese coney. The coney barely had ANY chili on it. So this time decided to try again. I’m a whole hour before close. Get the chili cheese dog, while it has slightly more chili than last time mann this crazy. I want to get what i payed for, been to so many sonics throughout my life and always get the chili cheese coney and never has any sonic done me so dirty on putting barely any chili on my dog. Will be the last time I come to this location. Yelped this, google reviewed it, hopefully someone looking forward to a chili cheese coney sees that yall dont provide that quality order and no where near close to how much chili should be on there.

THIS PLACE IS DISGUSTING!!! I can not even believe what we were served. We ordered a Corn Dog, Chicken Bites, and a Pretzel with ketchup, mus, mayo, bbq, and ranch. What we received was completely disgusting and inedible. Our Corn Dog had a bite taken out of it and was burnt black on half of it.
Then, to add insult to injury, every single sauce was missing from my order. I literally had nothing to dip my bites and Corn Dog in, and I paid extra for these sauces. When I called Sonic, I was told, "Oh well, just call doordash to cancel your order." I can not believe they think this is acceptable.
