Came here for blasts and it was so disappointing. The worker sounded annoyed after every item was ordered and the blasts had hardly any candy at all. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location!

The worst customer service experience I order all double Burgers a they gave me singles .. I went back to get it corrected they tried to give me meat in a little bag like a dog

Do yourself a favor and go to the sonic on slaughter instead. Nobody here wants to do their job. Especially if you want a shake or anything similar. Their machine is “broken” or “down” 90 percent of the time.
UPDATE (3 weeks later)
Placed a DoorDash order and waited an hour for the exact same thing to happen. This location truly does not care about anything.
Would give negative stars if possible. I think I’m done with Sonic for good.

Just left there. All i wanted was a soft drink. I could not even get someone to take my order. After 10 min, i moved to another terminal. Same thing. If 0 was an option,i would score a 0. I can count on 1 hand the amount of cars there. Clearly they are not busy. Poor service at this location all the time. The South Park Meadows location,by far much better.

I went to try the new dill burger at sonic today and let me say, the whole experience was very SAD.
Angelica who was taking my order was extremely confrontational about a simple question about what the burger had on it.
Bryan an assistant manager would not give up her name thinking that it would protect her for whatever reason. Then he took over the order and continued to make the wrong burger.
Then when I went back they still made the wrong burger but I about had enough of the back and forth and wanted to talk to an actual person who would resolve this issue. Plus to add Angelica was looking at me through the window laughing while I was talking to Bryan. Just a very ugly energy from someone who has no room to be like that.
I honestly don’t expect much customer service from fast food places (that’s why I do not stop by) but this was something that just had to be shared.

Staff is awesome, at this location. Food is as expected 😋. I will say this Sonic Dine-in needs a complete overhaul internally and externally. over half of the interface panels are broken or off about the only thing that is consistently working. Is that the red call button. Could use a well needed remodel resembling our more modern sonic establishments. Best regards.

The order took a while to get to me due to shorthanded staff and I received an incorrect drink. The customer service was great. The associate was kind, patient, and informative. Hopefully, others can be understanding and patient with food chain employees who are doing their best with little help.
