This place deserves zero stars. My one corn dog that I ordered took 15 mins and it was burned. They returned me my money in quarters and wasted my time. Also employees were arguing in the parking lot and clearly this place is really lacking management.

Man I rolled up in here the other night.. haven’t been to sonic in forever… had a great experience. The kid who took my order was super helpful and had such a great vibe… quite hilarious too actually. I think his name was Jose? Y’all need it give that kid a raise! Anyway… food and milkshake were bomb. Homeboy was the bomb. Looking forward to rolling back through. Thanks for the good vibes my guy. ?✨

This is probably the worst Sonic I've ever been to. I'm always waiting a ridiculous amount of time for my food The staff doesn't seem to understand any of the menu even though it's just Sonic, and they also don't really know anything about the app and how it works with the business that they work at.

I wish I could give absolutely zero stars. I came around 1:00 to get some drinks and breakfast and corn dogs. I ordered a sausage croissant, without being asked if I wanted a substitution or anything, they come out with it just on a hamburger bun and say we discontinued the croissant, I asked if I could just have the Texas toaster instead, and they come out with some of the most burnt bread I have ever seen. Opening the bag you could already smell how burnt it was. I asked for a refund because I’m not going to attempt to eat burnt bread. The waitress comes out and tells me the manager told her to tell me that he made it through the toaster once so it’s not burnt. I told her to open the bag and look and that I wasn’t trying to be rude but it was most definitely burnt. And she looks and says oh yeah that is burnt and said she wouldn’t eat it either. The manager comes out in a speed walk with an angry demeanor and tries to tell me that’s how sonic makes them so it’s fine, I told him to look at the bread and he can see for himself that the bread is completely black and burnt and he goes “I made it” okay??? That doesn’t change the fact the bread is burnt. Rude rude manager. He was an older hispanic man with glasses. I should have gotten his name and I wish I had a picture to show y’all how burnt this bread was. I’m a sonic fan, religiously at sonic, but now I will not be returning due to this. Not to mention, the corn dogs were either stale or far too over cooked. I’m not sure, but the bread was hard and rubbery, bread should not be rubbery. Usually their corn dogs are my favorite. I just want a refund because this was the worst experience I have had with any fast food chain.

Wish I had a picture of this. Literally just came to get breakfast. My sister ordered a sausage croissant. They come out 20 mins later with a sausage patty on a hamburger bun and said “We don’t do croissants anymore.” Didn’t ask if she wanted something else or anything. Just brought it on a hamburger bun. When she asked to trade it for a sausage toaster, the brought it with the MOST burnt toast ever. (Should’ve taken a pic.) when she asked to just get a refund because it’s burnt, the manager came out saying “I did it myself and it’s only been toasted once.” We said “Well you can look and smell how burnt it is.” And he goes “Yeah that’s just how we make them. It’s fine.” HORRIBLE service and manager was incredibly rude & unhelpful. Even the server said she wouldn’t eat the sandwich he brought out.

Nothing works here, Sonic has neglected to fix most if not all of their ordering menus and payment services. I just want to swipe my card but none of the machines work, I try a new one every time and as expected it fails. This is another location that this corporation has neglected to care for. They pay slave wages and every single person working here can be seen suffering, while the corporate owners steal their wages and the value they generate. They all need to unionize. It's the only way that people will stop stealing from the workers.

After almost leaving multiple times, this guy finally said something, with his idea of talking to a customer being to whistle at them when they didn’t respond fast enough. Disrespectful
