This place sucks. They don't serve you. There will be no one there and they still ask you to wait. Everything about this staff suvks

Extremely slow sat for half an hour food never came out was able to ask the manager who had brought out the order for the cars that had got there after me where my order was he responded with we only have 1 car hop ..dont know how that made sense since id arrived half an hour before them ..so i took my business else where thank god for whataburger

Absolutely horrible! Ran by kids took almost 20 minutes to get my food and then it was wrong!

Placing orders on the app with this location is a joke. They never have the order ready once you arrive and then wait for 20 minutes for only a drink!! They close at 8pm everyday because they are shorthanded. It's obvious that management has changed because now they are horrible!!!

I didn't get what I ordered and it was gross on the way to work could not come back.

Most times my family eats here,the service is so disorganized and slow. It should take 20 minutes to receive an order of chicken tenders.

Terrible location. Messed up my food, forgot my drink, then took 10 min to get a drink. Won't go back to this location.

Slow! I was over patient but they rewarded me 2 free drink chips afterwards. Worth it after the fact! Ty Sonic ed bluestin, Austin Texas!

The food was cold. I was the only one there so I don't understand why my food was was cold. The customer service wasn't that great either. Nothing great about this place.

It was hot and fresh and the service was on point, but i got bacon instead of sausage on my breakfast burritos.

They deserve one star they got my order wrong they don't give you a receipt without asking they never have it together and the workers are very uneducated

Cam, on DT window, was amazing! Fast, friendly and fresh! A lot of negative talk going around about this location but I can't see why!Keep it up!
