This is worst Sonic I’ve ever visited. Addicted to happy hour & believe you tip your carhop. Not surprised they closed. Long waits for greasy food with only 1 other car at drive thru. Same experience over & over again. Needs new management. Don’t pass my complaint on to someone else. I’m expressing you now !!!!

It took them 32 minutes from when I ordered through their mobile app to when I got my slushy. It was probably sitting for a while because it was all watered down. Do better Sonic!

Like everywhere else paying people less than a living wage, they were very short handed. It took 40 minutes to complete my order, and their POS system wouldn't take a credit card that's worked everywhere else I've used it, and the burger was a hockey Puck. Drink was bangin.

Love happy hour 2~ 4 pm daily 1/2 price drinks lemonade us my fav by far. This particular sonic closes earlier than most. I understand though ..Rundberg and. No Lamar after dark can be a little sketchy for some. But it's no worries..

Not impressed! We stopped in at the store on North Lamar in Austin on the way home from the doctor at 1:38pm and it took almost half an hour before our drinks and popcorn chicken were delivered at 2pm. They served cars that arrived AFTER we did and we had to ask where our food was. The slushes weren’t slushy and the food was COLD! And to top it all off, they didn’t give me any sauce for the chicken. I was already feeling bad because I’m usually bed bound and being vertical makes me violently ill or I would have made a scene then and there. That store has gotten worse than ever. They don’t even answer their phone! What is it with that store?

This has to be the slowest Sonic of all Sonic Restaurants! My orders are correct for the most part but it intake 10hours to get your order.

Legitimately terrible. This place has to only remain in business because of the location. Been half an hour waiting for 2 drinks and a corn dog. I feel bad for the car next to me though because they were already here when I pulled up. And I used the app to order ASAP before I left the house.I'd say I'd update this review when my drinks finally get here but take my advice and just go somewhere else. Like literally anywhere else.The only reason I haven't driven off is because my card was already charged.Update: well after an hour I pressed the button and asked for a refund. The guy said it would be right out and turned off the mic. A lady magically appeared with my order and I told her I wanted a refund. She didn't say anything. So I started looking through the app for a way to request a refund and there isn't one. A manager finally came out and gave me a refund receipt. An hour of my life wasted so you don't waste yours. Seriously don't come here.

Overall nice customer Service. Ordered three simple drinks. Time management was slow when not many customers. Seemed others gotten their drinks first, pulling up after us. Was on Time Crunch. Half price drinks is always a nice add in.

Probably just the location. But for dine in restaurant prices. I would expect better service.

Was just there ordered my food along with dipping sauce. Pushed the red button then said I needed dipping sauce they said they would be right out with it. Waited another 5 mins pushed again asked for dipping sauce once again, they said it would be out. Waited 5 mins finally asked for a manager to come get my food and issue me a refund. She ran out there and asked what’s the issue I tell her I want a refund because my food is cold. Her name was Madeline and just had complete attitude the entire time. It’s funny when I asked for a refund they wanna run out there but when I’m asking for dipping sauce they don’t want to come out at all. I wish there was a number I can call to complain.

Went to this Sonic since the one closer to my place was horrible with times. Now sonic is off the menu for good. The blackberry tea I ordered tasted like some strange chemical, and the strawberry cheesecake shake was apparently made with spoiled milk. Now I've got to wait and see if I get food poisoning. Joy.

4 ice cream shakes took over 30+ minutes to bring to us. When I asked for a refund after never getting my ice cream, they instead brought out my ice cream, but they mixed styrofoam into my dessert. They'll be hearing from my lawyers for attempted poisoning!

Zero stars wasn't an option but that's what I'd give this place , a bunch of teenagers going in and out to a car to smoke wearing crop tops and shorts as employees, took 15 minutes to take our order and 20-30 to get our food and the food was wrong , lettuce and tomato in breakfast toaster and no chicken in my sandwich , I was given a slider when I ordered the chicken toaster club, cold fries and a horrible place don't eat here.

It was 12:45 pm I had been on my motorcycle about an hour and a half all total...I know you say drink water...until that first sip of a 44oz grape slush while being that hot...it was the most incredible grape taste I ever had....FYI... GRAPE was my second choice..for some reason sonic no longer serves watermelon slush flavor...smh
