First, the person taking my order clearly could not hear or understand through the speaker. I was speaking clearly so this must have been an issue with their headset or the microphone on the stall I was in.
Second, they now charge extra for pickles.
Third, my French fries were incredibly over-salted and therefore, inedible.
The only redeeming quality of this experience was my burger was hot and fresh cooked.
Highly recommend you avoid this Sonic, and probably all others. As is typical these days, prices have skyrocketed and quality has taken a nosedive. I don’t even know why I bother to give Sonic chance after chance. It’s never worth it.

Some of the screens you are unable to select tip options, need to get this fixed so you aren’t losing tips for your employees
They like to show the order filled about 5 mins before they do to l9ik better at corprate. Wait to tip til you see how long they take

I was brought the wrong drink order and they returned with a second order, but that was also incorrect. My order was a standard drink. I was there for 30 minutes and will never go back. Disappointed because this used to be a good location.

We waited 25 minutes for service at 7 pm and then were told through the intercom that they couldn't take our order.

It was the worst milkshake I've ever had either the cream they made the ice cream with was bad or they need to clean the ice cream machine.
lady taking my order is always very rude she normally works the night shift, and often starts to yell over the intercom if i ask a question

The woman that took our order asked us the same question what seemed like 17 times after we very clearly answered it each time and then she got a very rude attitude because she couldn’t figure out how to ring up our combo (the pickle special). I’ve worked enough food service to know that if I can’t figure out the order input system, I shouldn’t take it out on my customers.. I should probably just learn the system. Hopefully there’s not spit in our burgers lol.

There are three or four different sonics around my way to and from work. The one closest to my house always messes up. Any kind of milkshake order + the staff are just kind of blah. But at this one, feel like the staff are always extra friendly. + They don't mess up my order.

To start: i realize its fast food! I paid over $55 bucks for a meal for the family and we were all disappointed. The fries were all so crispy dry they were hard to swallow, the c.c. tater tots looked like this for a large? The foot long looks terribly made, the mozzarella sticks were so dry that it was like eating a crust covered piece of gum, I think everything could have been better, idk what cook or manager let's food go out like this, it was bad. Hope Sonic tries to make this right. Just look at the unedited, untouched pictures I took. Also the unicorn drink comparison, should have whipped topping and sprinkles, ours did not?

Will avoid answering the intercom to have you leave. Also, say things are broken all the time. This sonic isn't worth go to a different one
