Delays in taking orders, difficulty in getting the order takers attention(on the phone or talking to someone else)- I left after the 4th "I'm sorry, I didn't get that..."
This particular location has an attitude problem that is reflected in the reviews. Not representative of most other Sonics.

The service is trash here. I’ve been here three times push the button and no one has came out over a few minutes or responded ,so I just left

1000000/5 stars in the afternoon. Infinitely negative in the morning. I wish I hadn’t gone. It’s unacceptable to be rude to customers because you think they’re ordering something you don’t carry. Especially when the actual problem is you’re an idiot and heard wrong then couldn’t hear my corrections through your own jackassery. I guess it’s super hard to pour black coffee in a cup without mouthing off like that. I was the ONLY customer there too, someone clearly wanted to get back to his tap game?

Nope sonic averages a hit every 5 visits. Food cold order wrong, speaker guy was rude but carhop was sweet. She shouldn't have to apologize for where she works..young employees need to be confident in their early jobs so the can progress in a positive way

The guy taking the order on June 8th at 9pm was rude and giving an attitude when answering and I did not get to finish my order because he decided to end the service.

Monitors, Monitors, Monitors, how many broken monitors can a Sonic have. Sucks when you pull in to a bay and then have to pull out because the screens are busted.
