We ordered three sonic blasts and waiting over 10 mins only for them to come out in liquid form and all toppings at the bottom of the cup. No explanation and the person could have cared less. Horrible experience and doubt I will ever go back.

I feel so unhappy for the poor customer service that I’ve ever received to this store. I just ordered the burger with fries no drinks but they charged me with a meal price. So , I ask that there’s something wrong for my payment. Then, when the manager guy who took my order and send it out to me. I didn’t notice that he gives me a cold double cheeseburger after I opened it and don’t have time to drive back to complaint about it. I’m just wasted my time and money for their business. I would not recommend it and will surely never comeback.

15 minutes for a cherry lemon limeade that ended up being extremely salty somehow. Pushed cash on the touch screen for payment but server came out asking for a card, not having change for a $20. The server repeated multiple times he would go talk to the manager after coming by three times he never did. I almost drove off waiting for the drink and wish I would have. I wouldn't have had such a bad experience. 0/5 stars, never going back to this sonic
Wow! This place has really gone downhill. I remember there was a time when I could say I had one of the best burgers I've ever had in my life from this location... But not now. I ordered a small toffee nut blast and a small pickle fry with ranch and when I got my blast it had a single scoop of candy on the top and absolutely nothing throughout it was just solid white ice cream and when I said something to them about it they brought me a separate little container of candy like I should fix it myself then when I started to eat my fries I realized there was no ranch and the manager was extremely rude to me and when they brought it out and I said thank you the lady just said, "mmmhmm"! I mean, really? As if that's not bad enough, last week when I was here I ordered their trick or treat blast in chocolate and it was not chocolate at all and when I said something to them they brought me back the same exact blast with a squirt of Hershey syrup on the top as if I needed to mix it myself! I am done with this place. They have lost my business.

Why can't they get an order right! Ordered double cheeseburger combo with no cheese and no mayo. The receipt said No Mayo, No Cheese.. But guess what! Sloppy with cheese and mayonnaise.. gross.

At 10:40pm on Sunday they informed me that the kitchen was closed. So there are people there after 10:30, but they will not give you food.
