The food is always decent (it’s fast food)

HOWEVER, for the past 2 or so years this location has messed up the blasts.

I’ve been going to this location for YEARS AND YEARS even in my childhood. And blasts used to be perfect with candy. Stirred and plenty of candy of your choice dispersed throughout. Sometimes even whipped cream on top (they seemed to not do this anymore but I’m not pressed about that)

However recently like a year or so, this location can no longer manage a blast. I’ve given up. They give you a cup of icecream. With the wimpiest scoop of m&m stirred in. that is if you even get someone who stirs it. Hardly any candy in it at all. You just get a cup of icecream with a dozen m&m. Might as well just go get blue bell from the store.

Today, I decided to give it another shot. Today was the final straw. Hoping they’d do it better after years of disappointment with no candy.

got a blast that looked Promising as there was maybe 20 m&m on top? Turns out that’s all that was In the cup. A lump of m&m on the top, not even stirred or anything. Even still, those 20 mini m&m would NOT have been enough for a medium blast. EVEN IF STIRRED as it should’ve been. VERY DECEPTIVE AND LAZY. I was the only one in line as well.
We asked the lady on the way out for more m&m and she gladly gave us a TINY TINY bit more (not even a significant amount)

The bottom is just ALLLLLL icecream. Don’t even advertise it as a candy blast if you’re not gonna deliver it or even make an effort to stir it…
I should’ve just stuck with a lemonade.
Sucks to see such a good product portrayed poorly at this location consistently.

Adventures in Sonicl land. Sometimes good, sometimes, well it's an adventure. The blasts are more like a milkshake at this location Double check the order; multiple times something didn't make it into the tightly packed bag.

I'm a delivery driver for one of the delivery apps and they will not let us drive up and push the button and get our food like everyone else.... So when it's cold outside we have to park our car and use the walk up... Then they take their sweet time with the order.... It doesn't make sense...I don't take orders anymore from any Sonic location... Super lame

I always get a a complicated drink in the mornings. There's a guy there (red head with glasses) who ALWAYS makes my drinks perfectly. He's always in a good mood and super nice. This is the only sonic in Austin I go to, the other ones all get my orders wrong every time. My drink was so good this morning I had to write a review!

I ordered a large iced coffee with ez syrup. I took a sip and delve into a diabetic treat without consent. I asked them to put less cuz it was sooo sweet and he said he put barely put any cuz he saw it said easy syrup...how could you argue with me when I'm telling you that I'm only drinking syrup, even after mixing so much? Anyway, terrible at following instructions, unknowedgable at their own inferior product, and rude to customers.

This is the 4th time leaving with no order or getting home and having the wrong order. I have called and talked to the manager about it before, but never an actual resolution.

This was the 2nd time I had to leave with no order. Ordered just 2 slushes. Got to watch a group of kids surround a car and claim their friend lock them out. After 35 mins of the same result, no slush order, and having the mob of hs kids surround vehicles and hopping on hoods grow.

Don't go on a Friday or a day where there may be an influx of hs kids.

Your car may be dented and you still won't have your order. 2 slushes is longer than 35 mins on mobile

Who ever in the kitchen cooking them burgers deserve a raise my burgers was so hot and fresh off the grill I had a super sonic burger and a smasher with hot melted cheese grill onions so delicious I recommend this Sonic give it 5 stars and goo service shout out to Mr

Went thru the drive-thru. Just ordering a hot fudge sundae. Dude on the intercom seemed nice enough. I said thank you, he said no problem. All was well. I get to the window, pay, get my card back, and continue to sit there…and wait….for a ridiculously long amount of time. I didn’t mind waiting at first because obviously stuff makes time to make. But with like 3-5 employees moving around inside and only like 3 cars parked in the stalls, I started getting annoyed that it was taking so long to make a hot fudge sundae. And there was already a car behind me probably wondering if I ordered the whole menu with how long we were just sitting there. Once the dude opens the window, he doesn’t say a word. I take the sundae and the spoon, saying thank you both times. Nothing. Not a single peep. That made me even more frustrated with the situation. Rude af dude working there who probably shouldn’t be working in the customer service industry.
