This place messed up my order numerous times. Used the app and then went and picked it up and when I say messed up I’m talking about royally. Not just 1 thing. Numerous things. And then again and then again. Was supposed to give me my money back and never did. There are plenty of other sonics, I suggest going to one of them. And the sucky part is I used to work for sonic numerous times. If I would’ve let my store run like this someone would’ve been fired!

Usually when we come during the weekends, yeah its busy but they have slowly stopped taking orders at the kiosk and made everyone go to the drive thru. Not a big deal, just an observation. On top of it, the last few times we’ve asked for shakes and were only given answers on the machine not working or they are not serving ice cream for the night.

I arrived to place an order and after spending 10 minutes waiting to be attended to I had to get off and go to the door because they did not attend to me and they told me that the order blackboard does not work, which I did not have since it did not work, I changed places and now they received my order but after 30 minutes of annoyance I went down to ask them about my order they only stared at me and did not answer me anything I got angry and left it seems that it bothers them when someone is going to buy

I never received my order! I pressed the little button to be served, I never received help, I got out of my car to talk to the workers and no one knew that I was waiting to be served, so I placed my order and more than 20 minutes passed and I never got my order, I went down again to ask what was happening and they just laughed! If you don't feel like working, it's better to rest at home and come back tomorrow, how annoying it is to have to deal with these people who don't want to work!

I stop here almost every day on my commute home, and the wait times are consistently long. Even when I order a single Rt 44 slush through the app, it typically takes 30 minutes—today it was 40. The service is slow, and the staff seems unorganized. Better training and improved customer service would make a huge difference. Sonic - don't push loyal customers away!

1. The blast machine was down. 2. The "system" was down and they couldnt process any orders. 3. No one was there despite the lights being on.
Id love to give them money in exchange for food but they havent been able to get to that point.
