The young lady working the drive thru on 12/8 night. Was extremely rude, my husband asked her for extra chocolate on my sundae she rolled her eyes and slammed the window. We always come here for night snacks wont be coming back.

While I have long accepted to the fact that fast food will typically have bad service, this Sonic location shines above the rest. I can say with absolute certainty that I will never return to any Sonic after this one. Really complex order too.

Poor service..always under staffed ? 25 minute wait for a coke!!! Which i ordered ahead on line. Crazy! Then the coke was half empty ? 15 more minutes for the one worker to come bring me a new full coke! Never again 😒

I don’t know what it is, but this is consistently the slowest sonic I’ve ever been to. I don’t know how it can take 20 minutes for a soda with no other cars around. Even standing around high in the kitchen wouldn’t cause that.

Unfortunately this sonic location has regularly gotten our order either wrong, worked incredibly slowly, or served very low quality food. I love Sonic, but this location is very poorly managed.

I put my order in cream slush and tots i waited for 20 minutes. I watched other customers pull up and order and receive there order. This is not the first experience I had with this location. They do make Awesome Cream Slush's! I'm not one to make a issue about it. Just don't leave someone hanging.
