These guys are all sweet and helpful and should be paid more. I went there tonight and they were having challenges with their computer system crashing on them. They were running out to cars to try to minimize wait times and they all did it with sweet hearts and smiles. You never see that anymore in these chains. Tray is the name of the young man who took my order and he was very helpful and positive even though they were experiencing the issues with the computer system and it crashed. He still got my order right anyway.

It’s probably been 5-6 years since I have ordered anything to eat from Sonic and it will probably be that much longer if ever that I order again. IMO there are way better places with better quality burgers and fries than Sonic. We ordered burgers and an order of the new Groovy Fries and it was like the fries had been soaked in brine or something as they tasted disgustingly too salty and we had no choice but to throw them out. Sonic will have to improve significantly before I will ever be back.

This is a great location, right next door to the ? APD ? substation, you never have to worry about any riffraff hanging around. Always clean, always friendly and they always get your order right! Try the new Fries with Groovy Sauce™ they rock.
I'm giving this location 4 ⭐'s instead of 5 because their equipment needs some work. If you are lucky enough to pick a parking spot where the red button actually works, then everything else should be fine from that point on (yes I know how to push buttons, just ask my boyfriend ?).

Normal night, normal sonic run. Excited bc it was empty. Until I got my Sonic Brownie blast… with no brownies.
I won’t lie there was one singular brownie… that too was stolen from me, only by my fiance instead.
How do you manage one singular brownie in an entire blast.
I don’t know if I will recover from this really. My day has been completely pooped on. I lost all motivation including that to brush my teeth. Now Sonic will have to take responsibility for me relapsing to alcoholism and intoxicated to driving. Only the resignation of the employee who made this blast will put out the flames that rage inside me.

Would not recommend this sonic location! They RARELYYYY get orders correct, don’t even bother paying for extras (you’ll never get it but get charged for it), they are stingy AF with the queso which is ridiculous cause like I said before YOU PAY FOR IT (as you can see in the pic… I only got 1 paid for 2 and it came WITH NO DAMN LID), drinks are never properly secured so don’t expect to receive a drink if you have it delivered, and missing items EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! Seriously, don’t even bother. Wells branch location is a million times better!!
