I really like this Sonic. During our visit today, after Alexis ran our food out and saw our dog, she asked if she can make a pup cup really quick for her! Loved that she went out of her way to make our trip to Sonic a little bit sweeter (especially for our dog)

We still had a coupon from the rodeo and went to use it. I said I had a coupon when I gave the order. They did not take it off. Then they didn't mark the lids of a cherry limeade and diet cherry limeade. The server, who was not the person that took the order, was irritated that I wanted to know which was which. Kind of a grumpy time at the sonic today. Bummer. (I did tip, so it wasn't that).

Dropped my order while they were taking it. When picked back up they wouldn’t let my family finish ordering after telling them three times we were still ordering food. The customer service on 11/14 evening shift was horrible.
We swing through on Friday afternoons for a treat, the kids almost always get the same thing, slush with nerds, and I'd say the nerds aren't there 30% of the time, which I kind of like bc they don't need more sugar, but they would disagree.We used to see Joanie and she was so sweet, and sometimes we have a tall guy who is really funny, so the staff are generally cool.
