Something seems off. The Sonic app doesn’t work for this location; they only offer drive thru, even though all of their stalls are still on and functioning. If I can’t redeem my deals and discounts from your sonic app at this business, then I’m not going to do business here. This has been an issue for weeks.

It seems like they may need new management. The people who work there don't seem to be happy. I sat in the drive thru for 20 mins one day, and they didn't tell me they were closing early. Another time I had the drive thru window closed in my face when I was trying to ask a question. I stayed there until I could ask my question, and they didn't seem to happy about it even though I was being nice and using manors.

EVERYTIME i go they are out of ingredients....bananas....fruit....theres a heb across the street. Go buy some !. I cut hair...am i supposed to say whelp ..im outta water...or scissors...sorry cant serve ya....nope and to go there and hear no ice creamtoday....thats what yall do! Your main drinks are shakes. Sounds like management issue....edit ...today is nov 8th ...i came last week and ice cream machine broken. Guess what...still broken today. You all need gelp in running a business.
Came 40 minutes before they closed and they ignored my existence. I tried drive through and the stalls. I made eye contact with an employee who continued to clean. Then one rolled out the trash, who saw me, and continued to ignore me. I stayed until I realized I wasn’t going to be served.

Wow, hit their button for service and waited 15 minutes without acknowledgement. Then a car pulled in next to me and ordered immediately. Thanks for nothing. Literally.
