Never spent less than half an hour waiting, even when my order is a medium mozzarella sticks and there are only two other cars. I get being understaffed, but that's not quite an excuse when it's consistently this awful.

Be prepared to wait 30 minutes even for the simplest order. So slow. Drives me insane. Don't go here with kids. It'll be an absolute nightmare. How hard is good service? Hire one more person. Or get a better manager. This is ridiculous. Even when they aren't busy. Very sad. Updated. Ordered the chili cheese dog. With a cup of chili. Didn't get the chili. And there was no chili on my chili cheese dog. Holy cow. So upsetting and the rest of the food was awful. Happy Father's Day to me. Oh. The place was not so bad as it was but they didn't even offer a refund for the food I paid for.

Cool drive in fast food with parking bays to eat. Service is kind of slow in the drive through though. The food was reasonable but not exceptional.

Honestly I love some of sonic's foods but this sonic sucks. Not only did the person taking my order take forever to complete but they overcharged me. After using a gift card I still owed $ so I paid with my own card. This sonic then charged me what I "owed," because it didn't show I paid on my receipt. I told the carhop I used two cards and he then proceeded to tell me I still owed money. I kept trying to explain it and he just kept telling me to "look at the receipt." Opening my banking app the transaction clearly went through. I am truly disappointed because customers should not be treated this way.

Went to get ice cream and of course the ice cream machine is broken card was pulled. You're better off driving to dripping springs for sonic than this one. Everytime I go here there's always super poor service. I don't reccomend going here at all, definetly the worst sonic.

I got a number 4 with tots and a ocean water with a soft pretzel and i was starving. The food was very good. I really wanted some ice cream but their machine was broken which is understandable, only wish it wasnt!! But thank you sonic staff for being so kind and timely.
So I'm not generally a fan of fast food. My family generally uses this stop as a quick celebration and get icecream, shakes, slushies, etc.

This is the worst sonic I've ever been to. I keep returning hoping management has changed. Service isn't hard- I used to be a carhop. Get the drive thru working, answer the calls. It's been over 10 min and I can't order a Diet Coke. This isn't hard. A real management company could knock this out of the park. I'm willing to buy? Please reach out to me I'm interested in purchasing and running this horrible business.
