This Sonic has gone way downhill used to be great 30 years ago Now it's filthy most of the ordering stations are broken The people are very rude. They let you sit there for way too long sometimes you get to order sometimes you don't and they serve you with such a bad attitude It is no longer worth the wait This Sonic should easily be shut down their employees are terrible rude little kids. It does absolutely no good to escalate the matter as they easily type it on every review nobody will do anything about any problems at this location The food is terrible now here and the people are just awful Don't let their ending posting answer to your review seem like it's going to do anything about it They have never changed anything only get further downhill.

They took 30 minutes to bring me a burger and ice cream. By the time I got it, the ice cream was melted, and they forgot to give me a spoon. When I called back in to ask for a spoon they took ANOTHER 20 minutes TO BRING ME A SPOON. 20 MINUTES FOR A SPOON. As someone who previously worked for a different Sonic location, this is unacceptable.

I had terrible issues with using the app getting locations confused while trying to pickup my order. Once I was able to reach this Sonic an employee went out of their way to help with my order even after showing up very late to pickup my food. I truly appreciated it and will return.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Absolutely the rudest waiters. I have give it the benefit of the doubt 4 times and each time gets worse. This past time, all I ordered was ice cream on the app. Order said it would be ready in 5 minutes. I checked in and waited 15+ minutes and had to call to have them bring it out. They brought me out melted ice cream. I highly do not recommend this location. I have never written a Google review, but this was so bad I needed to!

Came on Friday, ordered food. I asked them if they took Apple Pay, as I forgot my wallet at home. They said yes then brought me my food. They then proceeded to tell me Apple Pay was not working, if I could pay cash. I reminded them I only had Apple Pay available. They asked for the food and drinks back.

Use to go there for lunch and after work all the time until they hired a new server she is rude af and made me wait 20 mins a drink and corn dog that I already made in the sonic app. Another time she made me wait again until her shift was over so another employee could take care of it.

Completely trash! The food was sloppy , tasteless , flavorless. Meat was over cooked ( burnt ) the chicken tenders were dry as fukk. No flavor what’s so ever ! Didn’t even gave us condiments . Small amount of onions scattered . Greasy , sloppy and terrible quality of food .. I’d rate zero stars if I could .. never buying from this dump again ..

Somewhat disappointed with this location. I rarely give feedback but I have been 2 times in a row where they have gotten my order pretty wrong. I am not sure that they are reading the order instructions on the mobile app. These errors were for my drink orders and it is frustrating because both times I have paid extra for multiple flavor add ins that I did not receive
