I went to this location to pick up an Uber Eats for a customer. I waited over 30 minutes before someone else approached me asking if I had ordered. The drinks were clearly sitting for a long period of time as they were melted and condensation was soaking all three drinks. I was not offered an apology for the wait and I was very displeased.

worst sonic i've ever been to. wait over 15 minutes once you check in on the app. then try to call the number and they hang up on you. And, the drink tasted terrible

Ordered a milkshake. The screen showed that it was on the way by the server. Sat there another 5 to 10 minutes. My milkshake never showed up. Thank goodness I was paying with cash instead of my card. I just backed up and left. Very, very poor service in my opinion.

I went around 5:30 to get dinner and one of the workers was very rude. She was short with me and had an attitude. They had messed up my order, so I walked up and asked for a replacement drink and they didn’t make my drink properly a second time on purpose, I could tell based upon the worker’s attitude when she gave it to me.

Good quality has declined a lot! I used to be a big fan of sonic but now it’s just sad. I ordered the double smash burger and it was the size of a jr. cheese burger from anywhere else, won’t be returning,

Location needs a nice revamp to say the least. Stopped by during lunch hour during the week and they were out of all sodas and slushies and only offered lemonades and teas.
