Onion rings were overcooked or on tue frindge of being burned. Was charged for a small glass of water and never received it. Called back to let them know and was told to drive all the way back. I asked gor a refund to be placed back on my card and of course it NEVER came either. Smh

Often don’t include paid add ons when ordering through the app. Just now my was missing the whipped cream and chocolate syrup I paid extra for.

We come here literally every day for drinks. Josh is amazing, and so is the girl who works morning shift with the fun makeup. Now, every once in a while they tell me I can’t pick up my drinks in the drive through even when THEYRE EMPTY. I have to sit at a stall. This isn’t every day. It’s annoying that the rules change day by day.

Every time I go here they are slow and get my order wrong. This time they offered me 3 different customers food when they finally brought my order it was still wrong. I paid in advance with a tip. So at this point I asked for a refund that couldn't even refund my money.
Sat there for 30 mins after ordering had to press the button and make sure they didn’t forget about my food. Then they finally bring my food it was cold they lucky I had to be back to work I waisted my lunch break upset I left a tip because I didn’t have time to wait on my change worst experience ever from sonic and I come here often ?
