Very slow, bad customer service. Understaffed and lack of corporate oversight.

You order a soft drink and they pack the ice in the cup with a mallet. You only get 3 or 4 drinks of your soft drink and no refills. Service is slow and the staff is not your friend!

I waited over 20 minutes at Sonic for a chili dog and ended up with almost no chili—just a small spoonful spread thin and covered in cheese. The chili was watery and didn’t taste right. Very disappointed after wasting time and money on this order.

Onion rings were overcooked or on tue frindge of being burned. Was charged for a small glass of water and never received it. Called back to let them know and was told to drive all the way back. I asked gor a refund to be placed back on my card and of course it NEVER came either. Smh
