This location rarely gets the order correct, the wait times are unreasonably long, and the service is frequently rude. I now go to the nearby location on Cameron Road. It's a little better.

Ordered a medium Snicker's sonic blast, received a small cup of vanilla ice cream with Snicker's pieces on top. If I wanted just vanilla ice cream, I'd go to HEB. I had the privilege of paying $5 for a small cup of vanilla ice cream. Maybe it's just this location.

I have visited this sonic on a few occasions and it has been equally horrible each time. They were having side conversations with other employees while I was placing my order, so it wasn’t a complete shocker when my order did arrive it was not correct. Oh and the one thing that really puts the nail in the coffin; the ice cream machine has been down 3 of the 3 times I have visited.

This sonic sucks. The service is so slow every time I go it is impossible to get help. I was just there at 9:30 and when I arrived to the drive through was told they were closed.... when they close at 10. After bringing that up I was able to place an order and actually get food even though they were “closed”.

Just want to know why the staff wears their masks on their chin? What's the point in having them if your not going to wear them correctly?
If you all have a complaint so bad and wonder why it takes so long it try asking or f****** work there, this just shows you people haven't ever work at a fast food place that's constantly busy especially during a rush hour. Also for all the people that complain about one drink being messed up or a shake or even just a side to a meal should really reconsider about being made over it. Have the time you people can't speak properly, another thing that'll simply fix all the issues F****** COOK AT HOME.

Unfriendly, slow, and completely subpar service. Waited thirty minutes for a lemonade, a limeade, and two corndogs. Cartoon brought two corn dogs and a diet coke to me. I told him about it being the wrong drink and missing one. Five minutes later he comes back with a lemonade and tea.

Somebody here need to update their hours. We're from out of town and pulled up to the drive thru and set for about 5 mins before somebody walked out, to find out they don't open til 10 when google says they opened ay 7am on Saturday.
