Hit the spot at the time. Service was great! The guy who took my order made sure what he heard is what I ordered. Nice lady brought my meal to me and everything was right..

Order a medium Vanilla Shake. Get it and drive off. Notice I didn't get a straw and boy did I need it. The shake was literally warm milk, the cherry was actually resting on bottom of cup. Should have taken it back because it was ridiculous to give that to a customer. Instead I will just not give them my business.

Incredibly slow service! We waited for 20 minutes for two sodas and an order of tater tots. By the time the tater tots came out they were ice cold and the sodas were watery. You’d expect that a fast food place would be fast.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair accessible. No reason to exit car.

Very bad experience with the service, the girl who served me was rude. I had an uncovered dulse. The chicken I ordered was burnt. It was bitter from burnt. Experience bad.super bad.

Wednesday night Latina working there wearing red shoes. Long ponytail. Tried stealing my money and would not bring me back by change. Finally I had to hit the button and ask for my change again. She comes out way later and tries handing me 3 quarters I’m like uhm you owe me $4. She tries to play dumb then gives me my $4 finally. Weird hustle home girl but ok.

Person who worked there came outside and I asked if I could still order if I wasn’t in a car and she said yes - I press the button to order and the employee tells me I can’t order because I’m not in a car …??? Super annoying

Horrible customer service. I felt very unwelcomed when they came with my food, but refused my payment when the card reader did not work. I had another card, but they asked me for cash and told the waiter to take my food back. I am appalled and disappointed.

The last few mornings I have come to get a burrito. And Jess has been on the receiving end of the speaker and she’s been so pleasant and happy each time.She doesn’t know me (at least I hope not otherwise I need to limit my time here) haha but it’s so nice to be “met” with kindness especially in the mornings!I’ve also come on the afternoons with my kids for slushes and you can tell the staff is short handed, but we’ve never had a bad experience or been met with rudeness. Thanks guys! Keep it upAnd 5 stars to all Sonic location Atmospheres for letting me eat in my car!

Ordered online 25 minutes until close, arrived 20 minutes until close. 20 minutes later, woman comes out saying they closed down ALL the machines early cause they didn’t expect anyone to come in. Now, I worked fast food for years, and NEVER once did we close down every single machine before close because someone could always come in, we normally left at least one machine up just in case. Is it annoying, yeah, but it’s fast food! It happens. And they took 20 minutes to even bring the receipt out! Like I wasted 20 minutes of MY time to not even get my food. At least they were nice enough to tell me I can get the food for free the next time I came in, but still annoyed.

This sonic is the worst fast food spot I’ve ever been to. It takes 20+ minutes for them to answer the button (if you choose to wait that long or get stuck after making an online order), then 30 more to get your food, and then the majority of your order will come wrong and you’re forced to deal with it with no refund. So
