I visited this location on S. Lamar yesterday, ordered, paid and left without picking up my food. The people inside were not wearing masks over their faces (the had them on but pulled down). I ordered a blast and the person making had nothing covering their mouth or nose, the ice cream was a foot from their face...we're in the middle of a pandemic, c'mon. The manager also wasn't wearing a mask. Fortunately you can see in the windows at this location and we were able to spot this issue prior to the food being delivered and consumed. I've been eating at Sonic for over 20 years and will not be returning.

This has been the first location that pay attention to the mobile order and bring it out in a reasonable time!

Love sonics and their menu items. Although I do miss the burritos with chili on them, that was long ago. They use to sale banana splits, but they stopped that too. Love the buffalo sauce on the chicken bits or strips. Friendly staff when they greet you. See yall next sonic trip.

So I had a bad experience here. I went over there and parked w my wife in a stall and pushed the order button. The screen says we’ll be right with you, or something to that effect. 15 minutes goes by. And then the screen goes back to the usual screen. So I’m worried I lost my place in line and I go to the front office area to ask what happened.I had one employee, who to his credit looked pretty exhausted, tell me to go outside. When I tried to explain the situation, he interrupted me and and basically said “We’re understaffed we’ll get to you when we get to you.” I tried to explain my situation and right quick a manager comes up to me. He basically told me to wait without even hearing what had Happened.It’s pretty frustrating. I’m a patient guy. To be blown off like that is a real bummer.

My ice cream orders here have always been perfect! This location is not stingy in toppings and mix ins. My food orders here have almost always been spot on. Any mistakes have been minor, such as forgetting ordered mustard with a corn dog. Car hops are consistently friendly too.

The chicken and tater tots tasted more fishy like the oil was old or was the same that they used to fry fish. Service was good but I was more disappointed than happy with my purchase.
Great food, and Great service, I would like to shout out jayce, Elliot, Milo, Evan, and Joseph for their great and hard work and tremendous customer service! Keep it up guys !
