I went there yesterday got two Coney combos. They had two medium onion rings and one medium tater tot on side and they only wanted to give me five packs of ketchup. I asked for more and the lady was nice enough to go ask her manager and she said her manager said no.. SMH. It’s impossible to get a hold of anyone there.

I thought using the app was for expediency and accuracy, my experience has been the exact opposite. I find I still wait 7 to 10 minutes for my order only for it to be wrong too often. There's a young kid that works at this location that doesn't know the difference between raspberry and strawberry. It is irrationally annoying to repeatedly unsatisfactorily settle and PAY for what you do NOT want. After reading SEVERAL reviews that span over a significant period of time, this location has had reoccurring issues with long wait times and wrong orders. The owner or manager is responding to complaints so they're aware yet these issues still persist. Please get it together, please pay attention, or JUST DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION.

Went to Sonic super excited to have a midday lunch so I ordered the chicken bites and the pretzel. Bit into the chicken and they were completely and utterly raw on the inside. No lunch for me I guess... looks like the cherry limeade is my lunch

Service is absolute garbage. You’ll sit in your for 30+ minutes to get a simple order and they’ll bring you the wrong item. Idk how it’s possible they have 3 stars. Masochists would absolutely delight in the inconvenience and frustration that ensues when visiting here.

We paid and then the guy said it would be a minute, a minute has passed, 30 minutes have passed, an hour is literally about to pass.
