The service was very slow, even though Sonic was not in a lunch rush. It took over 25 minutes to get two drinks. It was so loud that I could hear the outside music in my car over my podcast.

I pressed the button to order and the guy asked for a few minutes. I waited for ten minutes with the red button activated and no one ever came back, but they continued taking other orders from stalls near me. Once the red button turned off, I pressed it again and the same guy came back. I told him I had waited for ten minutes but he never came back. He denied having done this, but said he would “talk to his team about it.” I asked him to discount part of my order and he declined so I left. Just really rude customer service and I can’t believe he refused to take any accountability for making me wait that long.

This is the absolute WORST sonic Ive ever been to. Every morning when I try to go, they are never open (even though the hours say they should be open). I even placed a mobile order, waited 20 mins, just to realize no one was even working. There was an employee sitting outside in the cold saying he was waiting for someone to come unlock the door. Completely unacceptable, and not a isolated event. It has happened several times to me. What time does this place REALLY open???

I ordered the smash burger and it was actually pretty good. I like the new crinkle fries better than their old fries. I'll definitely go back for more smash burgers. We did have to wait a while to place the order, they must have been under staffed because it wasn't busy at all. Other than that Sonic is always pretty good

Maybe don't go here until they get more help or better staff. I stopped here at 3:50 pm, which I admit is cutting it close for happy hour, went through the drive thru, asked if they had the new coke zero drink, and was seemingly hung up on. Okay, maybe a silly question while they were busy, sure. Then I go to the stalls because I would still like a half priced drink. I wait for a few more minutes, no answer, I assume it's broken because the stall is VERY crooked. I try another stall, and am finally answered at 4 pm on the dot. I place my order, and it is not half priced. Confused, and having become somewhat impatient, I press the button again and ask why my drink isn't half priced if happy hour is until 4? She hangs up on me. So I left They do not introduce themselves, probably due to the rush, so I don't know her name. Very rude. Very unprofessional. Staff your locations and be accommodating when you leave people waiting.

What can I cover that these other 1-star reviews haven't? The last time I ate at sonic, before today, was 20 years ago and it was free because I worked there. They close early and their customer service is horrible. I won't be back.
