Idk who the new management team is, but STAY AWAY from this store. Everything about this particular private franchise store doesn’t care about quality nor how they treat customers. I waited 25 mins for a mobile pickup order, was handed a melted shake and ice cold food. When asked to be re made they simply put my food under heat lamps, how do I know? The top part of my cony bun was hard and the bottom was SOAKED from the grease from the chili. Do better. The power of social media is strong and be damned well imma use it

Love sonics drive in. 1 huge benefit over looked is they are often open at 7-8am, with a full menu. I love haveing options. Especially large route 44 drinks with the best ice. Their ice is so popular they even sell bags of ice like the ones peeps get at gas stations, or stores except it is sonics brand.

This location is garbage and needs to be closed. Over the past few years the service has gone down to the point it's not even worth the aggravation of going there. I swear, every time I go there it's one thing or another. Either you have to wait a long time for someone to even take your order, they're short staffed, half the drive ups are blocked or you there waiting and someone pulls up next to you & they're instantly taken care of.

Haven't even gotten my food yet and this is the first and last time I will visit this location. Had to wait 5 minutes to get my order taken, maybe 3 cars total in the parking lot. Whoever was taking my order couldn't hear me so I had to literally scream at the speaker to get my order taken.
Don't waste your time here, go to the location on Brodie and Slaughter.

My mother is a regular at this location. She daily, if not frequently comes here for ONE thing and one thing only.. A LARGE CUP OF ICE!! And today in particular, Lisa and Luis two employees at this location called my mother racial slurs and proceeded to ban her from this location all out of spite. These are two newer employees; mind you my mother’s been coming here for YEARS now and all of a sudden there’s conflict between the two parties? Sonic needs to get involved if not the general manager of this location needs to get involved. This is sickening.

My mom went to get us ice cream and herself a smoothie, took them 20 minutes and 3 times coming out in person to confirm our order and finally get our ice creams and leave, we live not even 5 minutes away, just as we walk inside our home we realise all of our ice creams/smoothies are halfway melted and watered down, we called and the lady said “it’s a new system and thats how they come out now” she offered a remake but why would i want it remade if it comes out that way? Didnt even offer a refund for it, unprofessional and disgusting, My brothers and sisters already ate them on the drive home but we didnt have that luxury before they melted.

The problem with giving Sonic five stars anywhere. Is that the next time you go to the same location, it's going to be a disaster. But I can honestly say on this one occasion at this one location. The burger was perfect. Unlike the burgers on Montopolis and on East William Cannon where they burn the meat to a hockey puck, this one was not burned. It was perfect like Sonic from the '90s. I hope the next time I go to this location I get the same quality Burger. If so, I'll then give you five stars. We'll see
