Giving this location the benefit of the doubt since they never make it right if it’s not over fried onion rings it’s bad customer service…I stopped by to get ONLY some cheddar peppers after waiting 30 minutes I press the red butter and told them to disregard my order then gentlemen comes out and hands me a chip for a free slush and he says I will be right out with your bacon cheese burger and I’m like what I just ordered some cheddar peppers and he says they will be right out then he comes out and hands bag to lady next to me that had just gotten there I’m like what the fudge to by this point I’m so disappointed on my self for even stopping by knowing they are so bad with orders so I take off and throw chip for free slushee on stall so y all can handed to someone else and no worries this is my last bad review because I will never ever stop by this location ever

Normally when I think of picking up breakfast I don’t think of Sonic but today I decided to try it very very bad decision I ordered 4 burritos and they were a flat crape style egg and about 6 terd looking sausage bites ? the two specialty burritos were not even prepared they gave is basic egg burritos but charged me the specialty price very disappointing not EVER getting breakfast at this location.

So i come here some mornings before work, and the guy who usually takes my order has such a positive upbeat attitude. Always says good morning and just his tone is a good day starter for me. My order is 5 bucks and usually i’d tip $1 but cuz of this guy i tip $2. And the food is always great and comes out quick. I cannot speak for the night shift. All i know is this location is 262639171x better than the william cannon location down the street.

Ordered a bag of burgers for the family on the app. Waited for 15 minutes to get my order once it was received. I was a burger short. I showed the pleasant car hop mykala and she said it would fixed. 15 minutes later a young man approached my car with my missing burger . I asked him to wait while I checked my burger to makes sure it was right .Wich it wasn't AGAIN. He immediately got upset and started cussing me . He got extremely aggressive and challenged me to a physical fight. Once I handed hagaine burger back and asked him to fix it again. He took it and threw it on the ground outside of my vehicle. I called for a manager nd explained my situation showed her the food on the ground and she said she would make it right. 20 minutes later after waiting for 45 minutes I received the correct burger. I asked the manager for the name of the employee and the number for corporate . Wich I received. Once I go home and we opened the burger that was fixed it was clearly tampered with or made with no regards to quality. The burger looked like someone threw the vegetables on the ground and then put them on the burger. . Last time I ever cto this sonic or any sonic in general. Octavious stevens needs some critical customer service training and maybe even some anger management. He is definitely not an asset to a company who's goal is to provide a service to the public. He shouldn't be allowed to be in a position to ever come in contact with a customer ever again. I'm not sure why I had to have an interaction with him to begin with. He clearly isn't a carhop.
