I wish I could load the pictures but had to go back there to take the footlong back to get it fix just to have them mad the same. The footlong barely have cheese or chili in the hot dogs was burnt. I'm so disappointed I ain't never had a sonic do this and I love sonic....??

Very disappointing experience. The store (lot and windows) were dirty and the carhop's uniform was filthy. There was an extended wait time to have order taken and an even longer time getting order. Junior double was dry and tots were old tasting (combination of old grease not being changed and tots just loitering in the swamp unit.. John Bigham, you've been doing this for over 30 years. No sense for this store to be dragged through the mud. It's one thing when you overlook your managers stealing deposits, sexual assaulting their subordinates, or even being congratulatory over racial slurs being tossed around, but health and sanitation shouldn't take a backseat. Stop letting your employees walk all over you and bring some honor back into simple fast food service.Edit: the hotline number was called and I have yet to be reached out by any supervisor or management. This visit was over a week ago from now.

Thisbis the 3rd order in a row that's hasn't been made correct. I tips $1.65 on a route 44 slush and they didn't even mix the slush up. They were not busy either, there were only 3 other cars there. I'm never tipping at sonic again.

Ordered on the sonic app for it to be easier and it was honestly the worst decision ever. I placed my online order at 7:03 pm and checked in at 7:05 pm for my order and waited until 7:19 pm and still nothing. I pushed the red button someone answered had no clue we had an order came out to ask me for my receipt to confirm I wasn’t lying. Then another employee came out with my food. No apology or nothing for the inconvenience. The food sucked bad quality.

Swing by after work. Ordered on the app easy peasy. Food and drinks were great. Only bummer was chicken tenders were a smidge overcooked. Still delicious though.
I needed a burger and sonic did not disappoint. It was warm and juicy and was at my window within 5 minutes.

Ordered 2 drinks online. They were brought out dripping from being overfilled. The carhop that handed them to me had to wipe his hands off on his apron, i asked if he had napkins on him he said he’d be right back. Comes back out with 2 napkins and slurpin on a drink. I had to wipe my own drinks. Then before leaving realize the tea was a coke. Had to walk back up to door and was met with same guy askin “is it wrong”?I told him man why are you bring out dirty drinks like that? He said he didnt do it, i replied but you had to grab them to hand them to me, why didnt you clean them? He said sorry.I dont think he was sorry. Irritating experience. Id literally take my $.40 cent tip back if i could just for his lack of effort.

Something about this sonic, they literally take forever for your food half the time they don’t even bring out most of the food.Whenever they get your order wrong and you bring it to their attention, they put you back in line at the very end and you have to wait. Probably about an hour for a hamburger.
