Was previously great, but service has been terrible the last 2 times, waiting for a long time for refills and following up to get meat. You can tell they are overwhelmed and the management has not hired enough staff, trying to improve profits over service quality. Food quality has been consistently good though, but soured on the service. Won’t be back. They still charge 20% for large parties despite poor service.

First time trying Hot pot ever! Saw some great reviews, decent pricing. Did my own research on what to expect at a place like this. My friend and I came for lunch on a Friday. Place was decently packed. Waitress asked us if we'd ever been here before and ofc we said no. She only explained how to turn the heat up or down and how much meat we could order. That was it. No explanation on what or where anything was or how refills or anything else worked. Additionally, she seemed to not want to come back to the table ever. My soda was empty for awhile, and if we had finished our meats and wanted to reorder, oh well. We had to flag her down for soup refills. The food was great, and the soup broths were wonderful on their own. I hope they train staff better for future visits since that was the only real downside. Maybe more explanation for first timers, and more attention to the tables since we can only get soup and meat through her. Overall it was good, but service was seriously lacking.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this place!!! 10000/10! Literally my favorite thing to do right now. The broths are all super flavorful and well balanced, there are tons of meat options, and an extravagant buffet of veggies, noodles, sauces and other accompaniments. And the best part is Ube soft serve at the end! My favorite part that ties it all together is the amazing team of employees. Everyone here is so sweet and helpful, they check in frequently to see if you want more of anything, and have never pressured me to rush or leave. They all know a lot about hot pot and can give advice about how long to cook things, helpful suggestions for meat varieties to try, and ideas to experiment with. They also give you super cold ice water in a thermal cup that keeps it cool so you can always chill out if you start feeling the heat of the pot too much - just a little detail but it's the cherry on top for me. Highly recommend for a fun and extremely delicious time :)
