2 vegan broths and a great range of ingredients, great value and filling
Be aware that you will be kicked out in 2 hours. If that is their policy they should disclose it when you arrive, otherwise it feels offensive when they come to the table to tell you you need to leave. Food is nice but not sure if I would come back.
MUST GO HERE! The food is TOP QUALITY, I love that it’s a buffet! The staff is very friendly. It is very clean and the food is so delicious! 10/10 recommend!

Best hot pot in Austin. Lots of meat varieties to choose from and the buffet bar is full of seafood. Best part is making your own dipping sauce. Parking there sucks that is why I didn't give 5 star.
This place was spectacular. We haven’t had hot pot before but for our first time we couldn’t have picked a better place. Our waiter was great and the food looked very fresh. The restaurant was spotless even the restrooms. We live pretty far but will have to make the trek up here again.

Had a reservation for a party of 5 at 5 pm on a Wednesday and we were greeted and seated as soon as they were open for dinner. It was most of our first times at a hot out and our waiter Joel (I think that was his name at least) was great at explaining everything and even brought me a sample of the corn tea. I wasn’t a fan of it but I appreciated the offer haha. LOTS of vegan/vegetarian options as well as meat options. Everything was so delicious. It was very slow when we decided to come which was nice because we had the whole buffet to ourselves but I’d love to come on a busy day to see what everyone is cooking up and steal some ideas from them. The self serve ube icecream was also delicious! I will definitely be back with a bigger appetite. My expectations were exceeded!

The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, taking time to explain the menu for first-timers and checking in often to make sure everything is perfect.
The highlight, of course, is the food. The broth options are rich and flavorful. The selection of proteins, veggies, and noodles is fresh and plentiful, and I really appreciate the variety of dipping sauces to create the perfect flavor combination. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the seafood was fresh and high quality.
Another big plus is the all-you-can-eat option, which is well worth the price for the quality and experience you get. It’s also great for groups, as everyone can customize their own pot while sharing sides. Overall, Soupleaf Hot Pot is a must-visit in Austin for hot pot lovers—delicious food, great service, and a fun dining experience!

Growing up in a Vietnamese culture. Our traditional hot pot is mostly fish and pineapple base. So I was never an hotpot person since I was born here. I refuse to eat hot pot. I’m not gonna lie. I came here to drink and eat a bit. But the soup base and the quail eggs. Made me change my mind about hot pot. All the meat and sea food add in was amazing. And I fell in love

I went to SoupLeaf Hot Pot last night for my niece’s 11th birthday, and wow — what an amazing experience! The selection of proteins and fresh ingredients was absolutely over the top. Our server, Rebecca, was fantastic — she kept everything moving smoothly, cleared plates quickly, and made sure our table was well taken care of.
The drinks were great, the price was very fair considering the huge variety of food, and the overall atmosphere was lively and fun. Yes, it was busy and we had to wait about an hour to be seated, but it was absolutely worth it. This is the kind of place I would happily wait for again.
What a gem of a restaurant — we’ll definitely be coming back!

Best hot pot in Austin by far. The price is reasonable especially for lunch (both lunch and dinner are all you can eat!). The food is fresh and authentic with tons of options for veggies, seafood and noodles plus an extensive sauce bar where you can blend your own variety of dipping sauces. The meat is quality and comes out fresh and fast. An added bonus is that unlike other family style hot pot places, soup leaf gives each gues their own broth so everyone can get a different style to suit their taste! Great spot for families aswell my daughter loves coming here and getting to cook her own broth it keeps her occupied all the way through dinner! One small downside is that their bar menu is limited and slightly overpriced but if you like sake or soju you'll be a-ok!

Just leaving a review to let y’all know not to try and make a reservation and especially not through the texting feature they advertise! I love eating here but I tried to make a reservation through text for a going away party and they did me wrong. They said they would help me make one and then never replied to me. When I followed up to make sure I had a reservation they said they had never made me one and couldn’t make a same day reservation now. Well, yes, that’s reasonable…which is why I contacted in advance to make one… Unfortunately it’s ruined our event. Sad for my friend who was looking forward to her going away party. Don’t book here for special occasions!!! Still great for walk-ins though, have greatly enjoyed all my walk-in experiences.

Soupleaf is my happy place. I often have lunch there on my own. The food on the all-you-can-eat bar has always been fresh and in top condition, with the proteins frozen to ensure it. The soup bases are bone broth, so if you don't care for the flavor of bone broth, I recommend the Tom Yum, which is very delicious and relatively mild. Theyre super busy all the time, so for the chillest experience, go right when they open. But do go, it's a great restaurant!
