Was previously great, but service has been terrible the last 2 times, waiting for a long time for refills and following up to get meat. You can tell they are overwhelmed and the management has not hired enough staff, trying to improve profits over service quality. Food quality has been consistently good though, but soured on the service. Won’t be back. They still charge 20% for large parties despite poor service.

Absolutely OBSESSED with this place!!! 10000/10! Literally my favorite thing to do right now. The broths are all super flavorful and well balanced, there are tons of meat options, and an extravagant buffet of veggies, noodles, sauces and other accompaniments.
