Enjoyed a flight at Southern Heights, finding the Classy AF Blonde their best beer.
They have a long bar, many tables, two indoor seating areas, and a taco truck with shaded picnic tables outside. Overall the place reminded me of Northwest Austin's Circle Brewing.
They share a large parking lot with several other businesses in a warehouse area.
On Sunday I wonder if they sell more beer if the cowboys win or lose. I was there for a loss. I'll have to go far more frequently to witness a win.
Great selection of beers and flavors, but they really take the cake with their multiple varied options of porters and stouts (my favorites). Who else in Austin offers TWO different but equally stellar imperial options!? Besides that, there's still something for everyone!
This place is my go to with my partner. We live down the road on Bunche and when we discovered this little gem within walking distance, we now splurge every paycheck on a glass or two (or four) of damn fine local and foreign brews. Cheers and try their beers.
