Called 30 minutes before closing and wasn’t sure I could get delivery. Terrance, a manager, was awesome and made it happen! The Flying Hawaiian was fabulous . . . front desk and doorman at my hotel both commented on how I chose well! Support local. This place is great!

They have been REALLY great in the past. I ordered at about 5:30 and it is now 8:10. Yes, I know it is a holiday, but can I least have a curtesy call that my order is running late? It was supposed to be here at "6:20" according to the site. Also, I have called 2 times....waiting and waiting for no one to answer the phone. Nothing.

I love the pizza but when I walked in today and asked for two slices of pepperoni pizza and was told it was $13.50, come on guys. That’s the price of a whole pepperoni pizza, not a couple slices that have been sitting under a lamp.

Interesting location. Menu doesn't match online, but still was really good pizza. Not sure if it's as good for the price, but worth a try. A bit too much jalapeños on the pizza it overwhelmed the rest of the taste.

We like this place pretty well. 8 out of 10 pizza's are pretty darn tasty and well made. We had one in the past year that was not up to par. Tough crust, scarce toppings. We have had others that were better than great! So, it just depends on who's cooking I guess! I have never had delivery with them and will avoid that as most of the complaints seem to be about bad deliveries.

12/29/21 ordered online pizza and sub for $44.66 to be delivered at 2pm. Waited 40 minutes called their number to find it is disconnected!! Contacted my bank to find the charge posted to my account! I am retired so my money "counts". Filed complaint with BBB, mainly to alert others about Flying Pizza South Congress Store. Will file complaint with bank.

They’ve got genuinely good pizza pies! The cheese sticks are great as well... if you want good stone fired pizza - you won’t be disappointed

I placed an order on 5/18/20 I was having a little trouble navigating the site so after I placed my order I called the restaurant. The phone was answered by a young woman. I told her I couldn't find a way to add garlic to my cheese bread and if there was a way y'all would do that. She told me no. So I asked then could you add cheese to garlic bread again she said no. I asked why not and that I didn't mind paying extra and she said cause you can't and hung up on me. This made me uncomfortable I didn't understand why she was being so rude. I even wanted to cancel my order cause I felt so uncomfortable. The only reason we chose Southside flying pizza was because the had cheesecake and my pregnant friend was craving it. so we figured we'd give it a try. The delivery came and there wasn't any cheesecake. So I called back and the same girl answered and I told her we were missing part of the order and she said that they were out and it's not her problem we shouldn't have used uber. So I asked her what her name was and she told me Erika. I said Erika? Like my name? and she said yep. I thought it was weird and then she hung up on me AGAIN. So at this point my friend called back cause I didn't know how to handle to problem. She asked for a manager, greg or craig. She begins to talk to him and tells him how rude "erika" was. He says there's no one named Erika that works there but there is an Anne/Annie and again we are told we shouldn't have used Uber. The cheesecake was refunded but I was left with a horrible taste in my mouth. The food was mediocre and over salted and the customer service was appalling. I have worked in customer service for the last 12 years and what went down is unacceptable. I regret giving this company a single cent and I will not return.

It cost me $55 bucks to order two tiny gluten free pizzas... skimpy toppings and the crust tasted like cardboard. The normal pizza looked great. But don’t go here for gluten free.

Southside Flying Pizza is delicious. Bought off of one of their Food Trucks. Replicates New York-style Pizza. We tried slices of the Vegetable Combo (great on the Mushrooms) and Pepperoni. Delicious To Go slices. Hard to beat!
