Our waitress, Vanessa, was simply, divine. Our night was made that much more relaxing and enjoyable with her impeccable service and lovely attitude. We will definitely be coming back, solely for her.

During a recent convention stay, I had the pleasure of dining twice for lunch at SWB in the Hyatt Regency on the lake. The experience exceeded my expectations, especially for a hotel venue. The lunch buffet and salad options were simply spectacular. Alyssa on the first day and Jeremy on the second ensured a consistently enjoyable dining experience. Although the food was a bit slow coming out of the kitchen, it was understandable given the busy event.

Can’t believe this is the slider dish that is served. Looks like they bought some pull apart bread from Walmart and cut them to half. The buns were soggy, the flavor tasted like nothing but over sweet BBQ sauce. Sweet potato fries were not fully cooked, and very soggy. Definitely won’t come back.

The only service they provided with any urgency was the check. I came to have breakfast alone and was seated in a corner. No one approached my table for an entire 10 minutes. After I flagged someone down, coffee was served in a way that suggested I should have helped myself at the extremely expensive buffet, but when I asked if that was the case, I was told that I had been correct to wait for table service. I eventually ordered and the food came pretty quickly and was delicious (chilaquiles). Almost immediately, my check arrived.I went because it was convenient and some people were able to have a view over the lake. I obviously will not be returning for the rest of my stay at the hotel.

We just had some terrific drinks served by a really nice bar tender. The atmosphere was fun and engaging, and we absolutely had a great time. Some in our group ordered burgers and reported the food was excellent. (Definitely bar food) I can confirm the chips & queso is above average.Definitely give the "Rich Texan" martini a try, Buffalo Trace bourbon, Kahlúa, and bitters. We got half the bar hooked on it

Not really a 5 star place, except for the fact it has the best patio on the lake. The food and service are mediocre. The patio is worth it. It would be nice if they took better care of it. It is a bit dirty.

In town for the weekend we decided to give the Hyatt restaurant a try. We were seated quickly, then waited and waited for service. Our waiter did double-check on the gluten-freenes for us, which we appreciated but seemed to disappear after we got our food. Waited and waited, he finally showed up, and we asked for the check. 10 minutes later, there is still no check. He came walking through and asked again for the check. Again. Also, watch out. On Sunday, you can't order off the menu after 11. Then, you only have the overpriced buffet available.
