We've been to Space Cowboy a few times, always had a great time. But on the last visit the food was average: since we tried almost everything before, we went with items we never ordered, and it was so disappointing. It was just two of us. We ordered the sliders and fries as appetizers, chicken as an entree to split. Very underwhelming. Desserts were good. Service was good. Maybe just a one off night.

Awesome experience. Our server was so fun and sweet (tall/ dark hair), the robots were fun, the food was fantastic and really good portion size. Loved the chicken and filet!

This place was amazing! The food was incredible. Our server was awesome and the hosts were so friendly. Drinks were great, and the prices were very reasonable. Plus, it is so cute in there and the robot server was unique and super cool to experience. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. This made my husbands birthday special, so thank you Space Cowboy!

Honestly thought this place was going to be all gimmick, but it ended up being such a surprisingly fun night with delicious food.
Great for all types of groups and occasions since you have a good amount of space from the other tables. When we were there it was a great mix from families with kids, groups of adults, people on dates, etc.
The vibe: Besides the robots, the whole space is well decorated—there is a cool Roswell vibe to the walls/walkways inside (cactus, desert colors) and even the bathrooms were nicely decked out.
The robots: actually delightful. You still had a waiter come to your table to check in, explain anything, etc., but most things were delivered by robots who all had their unique personalities.
The food was also a surprise. We had the torched crispy rice trio, corn ribs (skippable—always sounds good, but always more work than they’re worth), hamachi, space balls (would skip in future for an extra crispy rice trio instead), burrata and speck, Piri piri chicken (next time would get the short ribs but wasn’t feeling meaty that night), stardust fries.
We got the chocolate ganache with yuzu which was so tasty.
And daughter got a mocktail (it was blue and so fun via robot!), I had their marg, and the wine was also good. She also got a cotton candy after seeing it whizz by us to a few tables.
