The nuggets are a must. The portions are very generous and staff is super friendly.

The food itself was good, but my experience was unfortunately ruined by the service at the window. My chicken was undercooked and even had blood in it. When I let the worker know, he didn’t offer a refund and said he would remake the order—but only gave me one single wing. There was no apology, and his attitude was very rude throughout the interaction. When I asked for ranch, he shook his head at me, which felt extremely unprofessional.
The quality of the food shows potential, but the customer service does not. I hope management considers replacing or retraining the person working the window, because situations like this really impact the overall experience.
Food is good but not spicy at all. Even when ordering the most spiciest level of heat, it barely registers. Weak boys.
