Sprinkles is my absolute favorite and the absolute best cupcake ever. The cake is the perfect consistency, the frosting is the perfect amount of sweetness and amount. Every flavor is divine. The strawberry amd coffee are routine favs but the Holiday Gingerbread is EVERYTHING!!

Not much overhead at this place, the interior appeared sterile. Order on computer, employee comes from back and boxes the cupcakes and your out the door. May as well have a cupcake vending machine.

I preordered a delivery to be a fun holiday gift for my sister. The day of I got a random email saying the order had been canceled. I spoke with Bailey on the customer service number for sprinkles as well as my sister and it seems like the door dash delivery person only tried reaching out to my sister with a blocked number and when she didn’t pick up they immediately canceled the order. Bailey at Sprinkles was very kind and helped to organize a new delivery date/time for the...
