We love the ice cream here! However, we've been by twice in the last two days, and they were closed before the hours online. The phone number online also doesn't seem to be in operation, but they've posted on social media so we didn't get the impression they've closed permanently.

We came here post a dinner next door. We had never heard of this place but it is a bit of a cool concept. I would probably give it a 3.5 stars if I could. Concept is cool and fun to watch. The final product is a bit salty. I also think it is a tad high priced for what it is. Something fun to experience but not something I would do often. Staff was nice and very informative. I can only imagine how often they answers the same questions over and over.

This place was not packed like I expected it to be but we went on a random weeknight. We tried the cookies and cream flavor and it was okay. The ice cream was super creamy so in that sense it was better than typical ice cream but the flavor a huge miss for me. I've had better liquid nitrogen ice cream before (shout out to Milkcraft in Connecticut!) so I wasn't impressed. Honestly, you're better off buying HEB brand ice cream because it's just as creamy and there are a lot of delicious flavors to choose from.

Super cool place! The person today was very attentive, explained the process and was very nice. He makes the ice cream right in front of you. Totally worth it! The horchata flavor was delicious. My husband asked for the smickers (caramel, peanut brittle, chocolate shell and brown butter powder) and he liked it. Kids liked their ice cream as well.

Coolest ice cream spot I’ve ever been to. Great vegan and gluten free options! Make the ice cream from scratch right there in front of you. Employees are down to earth and friendly!

We got here at 5:15 PM when the store is supposed to open but the door was locked. There were employees inside who ignored us. We waited until 5:30 PM and tried again with the same experience - doors locked and employees ignoring us inside. Must be nice to have the luxury of not opening on time and ignoring paying customers.

Again.... the girl behind the counter and her friend were the worst! She basically told me we shouldn't order anything but 2 flavors and we all shouldn't get different flavors because she didn't feel like doing it. We asked about the nitrogen delivery system that you see when you walk in and she said they don't use them because they are nasty and have gunk in them. She never stood up from her chair and it was less than inviting. We were so excited but...... we left

This was the WORST service I've ever received, and I've had a waiter spill a drink on me before. Two teenagers were working, but they were watching music videos on their iPad the whole time. I asked them questions about the ice cream, and they seemed annoyed that I was interrupting their iPad time. Rude. One of them tried a little harder to actually answer questions. The other one just gave me one word answers. When I paid, I was handing the rudest teenager my card and had to wait until she was done burping multiple times. The ice cream was mediocre. My bf said his cookies and cream ice cream felt like he was eating sand. I got strawberry shortcake, and it was fine. Nothing special. Definitely NOT coming here again!

The waffle cone and bits are a wonderful accompaniment to their ice cream. They make them right in front of you in KitchenAid mixers. Without a doubt the most clean and purest tasting ice cream. 3 ingredients: milk, cream, and sugar. Got the chocolate and the vanilla and they were both delicious. Yum.

Very Friendly. But, costly. The women who made these were very sweet. The chairs were weird to sit on. Clean bathrooms. Dog friendly.

I hardly ever leave a review but I had to for this place - and I didn't even eat here. Per the other reviews, I can confirm that the teenage girls behind the counter were incredibly rude and had a lot of attitude. When I came in, each ice cream "spinner" was in use. I quietly waited even though there was no one else waiting to place an order. They never once acknowledged me or even to say "be right with you" or "it'll be another 10 min". They then proceeded to bicker behind the counter to the point where one girl yelled at the other and the other responded with a profanity. I had been looking forward to trying the ice cream but was immediately turned off and left. I hope that your staff will learn professionalism and customer service soon before they continue scaring away customers.

Out first time here and we definitely will be coming back often. The ice cream was delicious and the sprinkles toppings looked adorable! The staff was very friendly and patient with my kiddo.

What an awful experience. We came here with great expectations and were disappointed as soon as we walked in. Two very young girls on their phone all the time. After they finally took the order, one of them got up and starting making the ice cream. She had to stop doing this because she needed to change the music on her iPad a couple of times. Anyway, the process was so slow I almost walked out. The ice cream was ok, attention was not. No, Im not going back.

East Austin location. Interesting concept. Went with friends and the ice cream was pretty tasty. Stopped by a week later to get some to take home and share. No can do. Eh? No containers, pints, etc. I asked if I brought my own container if they could fill it. Nope again. Must eat now, I suppose. Thought that was odd.

Good ice cream, WEIRD service. Two girls who helped us, said they were sisters. One who was a lighter toned girl, had NO SHOES on. And was coughing all over the place... they're very unprofessional! Will not return!
