Shout out to Courtney! This barista greeted me with a smile as I walked in the door -5 mins before close as she was the only employee behind the counter making espresso all while simultaneously ringing up on register! I can’t believe she still greeted me as I came thru the door while multi tasking. Overworked and still kind. On campus with rude kids and still amazing. What a generous & hardworking beautiful soul! I hope she can be recognized for her talent and hard work. Her genuine kindness really makes all the difference in this crazy world. Thank you Courtney, you are such a great person! & have the best curls!! Sending love & strength.

One of the best Starbucks locations I've been to in long time. The staff are super friendly, and efficient. My order has never been messed up, and drink quality is above average for Starbucks. If you've got gift cards to use, I highly recommend this location.

What has happened to Starbucks in Austin TX?! I'm relatively new to Austin and I'm still trying to figure out why all the Starbucks locations in and around the city of Austin Close at 5pm?!
So confusing for out of towers who come here. I watched 10 ppl walk into the patio and tug on the door after 5pm yesterday...
And speaking of the patio, it hasn't been washed for a very long time. The trees are growing up over the bar area that used to overlook campus. Stray cats live under the patio and a really big raccoon... I thought these animals were pretty cool but it's not ideal in the heart of a college town.
I also tried talking with Management about some of these things and was lied to and dismissed....SMH
No wonder the best baristas at this location are fighting to Unionize.... Management here is the worst I've seen in the country and it probably starts at the district level here in Austin.
There is definitely a theme with how these stores are run, in Austin and it's not a very positive one for customers or the environment....
Hey, but as long as the store is making money, who cares right?!
Not sure how or why Starbucks Corporate is letting this happen, but it's very disturbing as a long time customer, advocate, and investor in SBUX.....

They have a visual menu before you get to the register. When you get to order you have to wait for your name to be called before you can pick up your order. I liked the atmosphere other than the bathrooms because you need a code and they smell bad once you get in.
Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't bring in kids because there are students with laptops and they seem serious.
