I left a review before but took it down after two weeks because I hate leaving negative reviews. But, this place has yet again let me down multiple times. The baristas ask for a tip before you even get your drink (which is extremely wrong), how do I even know my order is correct?? I used to tip as a kind gesture until they continued to get my order wrong. They’ve also burnt my hand multiple times by giving me a hot drink with no sleeve— they’ve been out of sleeves the past 3 months. After trying to get a hot drink twice I no longer attemp to purchase a hot drink here because I’m tired of getting disappointed. I’m tired of y’all ruining my mornings.

Visited on a weekday evening. Online orders accepted. Quick checkout process. Ample parking space with accessibility parking. Courteous staff, good ambience to work or study within the cafe. Have a nice cafe

Order taker not listening to the request. Barista not making the cappuccino correctly. Different barista has to make the cappuccino because the other barista made the cappuccino wrong. He also was staring me down and giving me dirty looks like it’s my fault. This has been consistent with a lot of Starbucks lately hiring kids who don’t listen and make espresso drinks right.

Basically, we got Starbucks and went for a walk on the trail at 9am. Lot was empty. Manager decided to tow my truck because we left the premises. Got back to an empty lot and my truck gone. Sign was in a place that it could be easily missed. Shady practices

This is my favorite Starbucks. It has a drive thru and you can order ahead. I know Austin probably has over 100 independent coffee shops, and many are excellent. But sometimes, you need a drive-thru. Plus, the Baristas are ALWAYS so nice, and I like their coffee-especially their espresso - and their breakfast sandwiches rock.

Every time I come to this Starbucks (I have to come daily because I love the donut shop right next door) they have six people behind the counter no one in the drive-thru no one in line but apparently only One person is allowed to address someone who walks into the store. I will literally sit there staring until the person who apparently is assigned to work the counter comes from and back to greet me and take my order. I understand Starbucks has division of labor but someone should greet me and say someone will be with you in a moment. The guy that always helps me, I'm assuming is the manager and he does a great job but I just feel like when they aren't busy someone should be able to pitch in on the front line.
