I wanted to give a shout out to Connor for his service today. My drinks were accidentally taken by a customer and he remade the drinks while chatting with me. I truly appreciate kind service and quality. I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now and they do an excellent job. I know it can be tough to deal with customer service, but Connor did an amazing job. I will be back. Thank you guys!

I asked for more cinnamon and whipped cream after my order was already given to me and they were quick and kind about the requests.The impact they made on service will drive me back to this specific location for more drinks.

I ordered a hot latte at 10:44 am thru the mobile app and had my coworker pick up our orders before the restaurant we work at opens at 11:00am. She returned with the drinks at 11:53am bc this location is right down the street. The hot latte I ordered was ice cold. I called the store and they offered to remake it, but i explained that does me no good bc there needs to be 2 people on premise because we are open - the reason she went to get coffee *before we opened*… The barista said one moment, then came back and offered to remake it again. I once again explained that I couldn’t pick it up and wanted a refund. Even though I ordered through the app, apparently they can only refund in store? Just sharing because this situation is ridiculous.
