Great drink, made exactly how we asked. However they seemed a little under staffed, possibly. Sometimes waiting a bit for someone to take our order. Didn’t prevent us from returning twice in one day!

I wanted to leave this review because it’s not often that I receive great customer service like what I received today. I’m in town for a while and have stopped at this Starbucks for the past several mornings. This morning the young lady who waited on me already knew what I was going to order before I said anything. She also remembered my name. I was quite surprised and impressed because I didn’t even know she paid attention to who I was and what I ordered. Not only did I find the customer service great, that lemon cake is a winner in my book! I also like the fact that I can order hot water without being charged for the cup. This is not often the case in my home town. So to experience this as an out of town guest made my visit to Austin that much better.

baristas here always so nice and the ones taking drive through orders always ask how im doing luv them <3 (if u disagree u might b the problem!!) edit: got a hot peppermint white mocha and oh my god ITS SO YUMMMY & i got a red cup for this first time sooo glad i got up today ty queens💘💘

Not sure if it was a Bad day or what but the Customer Service was HORRIBLE. The lady at the Drive thru asked for a tip but never acknowledged I was even there. I told her thank you and she just looked at me? Strange Encounter!

Service and coffee were good but the bathrooms had clearly not been cleaned in weeks. Rings in the toilet AND sink. I did bring it to someone's attention and they seemed like they were going to try to rectify the situation. Other than that comfortable Starbucks for working or hanging out.

The line was super long there was a homeless guy yelling at people at the entrance but the staff was super friendly and welcoming the coffee was good and store was clean

Today 9/26/25 I went in on my break around 12:45ish. I was greeted and looked at both by Amalie and Bobby with genuine kindness. During my encounter I realized that I had been running low on the love that I try so hard to give to others every day. Amalie was amazing! How beautifully I was respected and when prompted to share how I feel….I was given patient, attentive, understanding and a beautiful genuine response. Not just another customer at the register. This is a wonderful example of excellence in customer service. Thank you! I hope nothing but goodness and greatness for both of you forever. Have a great day!

Came to get my order as I walked on of the girls was telling the other girl oh this needs extra Carmel and the other one was like oh well. Me knowing that was my order I told them if that’s my order make sure you put what I’ve paid for!!! So ridiculous if it’s extra and I’m paying for it make my drink how it’s supposed and if you don’t want to go home and let someone else do your job since you can’t. I really wish both girls name tags were visible so I could put their names here I can only say on had black hair with glasses and the other dirty blonde with glasses.

The staff is great. The drinks taste better from this store. Apart from coffee, they have a variety of cold teas here and sometimes splurge on seasonal favorites. Sous Vide Egg Bites are worth the wait. Try them. I go out of my way to come to this store because they consistently make the drinks better than other Starbucks. It is a treat!
