I love this location and its proximity to my home and have had a few good experiences with the friendly staff. However, today as I ordered my Hot Chocolate with no whip, the drive thru attendant began to make fun of my choice (they thought the mic was off) saying: "What kind of person doesn't like whipped cream? What a weirdo!". Firstly, this is very unprofessional. Secondly, in a city such as Austin, that is supposed to be so "inclusive" and "diverse" how is judging ones beverage...read full review
