It’s just a drive thru
What a bad service.
It took so long to get my order and with the worst attitude.

I just watched the young woman at the drive-thru window pet two adorable dogs. The issue is that she didn’t sanitize her hands before handling the lid of my latte. I’m mildly allergic, so that’s a concern. It’s Thanksgiving, and I didn’t want to make a fuss, especially since I can hardly resist petting cute pups myself, but please be more mindful going forward.

I ordered ahead 15minutes before I left. Took me 12 to get here. And I have been waiting for my preordered drink on site for 30 minutes.

They heard my order wrong, so I corrected them and then they read the order back correctly. They gave me the original wrong order. So they made me a new cup, but forgot to put cream in it. And when I insisted they put cream in it, they only put a thimble of cream in it. So I parked my car and walked back to get the normal amount of cream. As I was walking back to my car I tasted it and realized they put the wrong number of sweeteners in it. The original incorrectly over sweetened drink. So I just poured it out and left.

I love this store! They remodeled to be a walk-up/drive thru only which makes complete sense for this location as it’s limited parking.

I placed my order online ahead of time so I wouldn't have to wait there, and when I arrived it wasn't ready. I had to wait longer, and the employees weren't attentive.

Severely understaffed my mobile order not only late but they continued prioritizing drive through when my order was placed half an hr in advance, never coming here again
Website says they close at 10 but pulled up to drive through at 9:50 and they have an automated “we are closed.” Then don’t put 10 as your close.

I guess this site is known for underfilling. According to the staff the ice is a part of your drink. They kindly just added the foam to make up for the empty space. Must be some new policy because every other location fills your cold brew to the top when you ask for it. Also, super cool of them to undercook my bacon. Not like that's dangerous or anything.
