The service of this Austin Starbucks is impeccable. The barista‘s have impetuous style and they are graceful in the delivery. I never have to wait more than two minutes for my order. I recommend a nitro cold brew with two cubes of ice and extra half and half one pump of French vanilla goes along way I try to stay off too much sugar 10 out of 10 would recommend this location.

The service is good but this is the 3rd or 4th time I explicitly say I want blonde espresso in the app and they give me regular espresso. It’s frustrating because i don’t want to drive back to get it fixed when I ordered through the app for convenience but I’m always stuck with a gross drink that I paid almost $10 for. Would love to know how I can make it EXTRA CLEAR via the app that I do NOT want regular espresso. No other Starbucks has done this other than this one so now I just think I’m going to go to another location. Just a disappointing overpriced coffee.

The customer service at this Starbucks is on a different level. They're incredibly welcoming, warm, and fun. They genuinely seem to care about the customer and customer experience on an individual basis.

It's a nice Starbucks store a bit north of the University of Texasat Austin campus. Parking is easy for cars. Baristas are great. Overall, the seats are spacious. I will recommend if you want to stay a nice afternoon being productive.
