She got my name wrong, my drink wrong and on top of that she gave me attitude when I asked the price for the drink. I never leave reviews but I was very unsatisfied with the customer service here.

I came here accidentally, I was trying to pickup an order and I was at the wrong location.? The AMAZING staff here gave me directions to the correct location and even went out of their way and offered to make my order there in store. Amazing customer service, these girls rock!

Not a real Starbucks. Only accepts physical credit cards or Starbucks payment card. Won't give you stars. Doesn't take app orders. I'm so tired of this kind of bait and switch BS. Either you're a Starbucks that does all the normal Starbucks stuff, or you're not a Starbucks.

Think one of my waters were poisoned with something to destroy my probiotics and give me diahrea. Asked for two because he was shady and the second one i think wasnt poisoned cause i was watching more or he only had one accessible dose. Don't go here if you arent in their gang or whatever.

Why do you list a drive thru if you don’t have one?

Snail’s paceThis Starbucks has once again affirmed my view that no one should ever go to Starbucks.Their cafes normally have a large line outside, suggesting that they might be selling something good, and with all the hubbub over the cafe - to not go would suggest you may be missing something. To visit, however, is to find that you have been entirely hoodwinked (providing, that is, that you have any taste or class).Arriving at this Starbucks it quickly emerged that there was a long line because staff did everything in slow motion. There were no fewer than five of them pottering around in the kiosk all doing, well… not much.Once we finally got to order, it took 10minutes to get my decaf (more on that later) and 15minutes to get our slices of cake (despite them being pre-packed in little plastic bags). While waiting, I glanced up and saw they were now offering hideous coffees that contained… Olive oil.I first pronounced this as being “disgusting” and then asked the man who was pretending to make a coffee whether Starbucks would be picking up the bill for all the heart bypass and gastric band surgeries this would undoubtedly cause. I fear they did not get the memo…Next up, we come to my coffee - a decaf latte. I last visited Starbucks last year, and even then vowed never to return. Alas, in the 12 months that had elapsed since - nothing had changed.Starbucks has perhaps the worst decaf in the world, with a drinker immediately suffering from the jitters. About ten minutes in, expect to them be hit by a wave of anxiety - and then lose a few more hours of your day to endless worries and hurried panic-triggered poops. Odd this, sounds a lot like caffeine may be in the ‘decaf’.Overall, this Starbucks was nothing short of appalling and I implore all visitors to consider going to spend their cash elsewhere

This Starbucks was wonderful during my stay in Austin. The staff were so friendly, and I want to give a specific shout out to Wes and Cindy.

It’s a special Starbucks in 2nd floor of Marriott in Austin downtown. This place doesn’t take cash but you can do Starbucks app, gift card or credit card. I like the place because of its seats beneath the barista area. (Please check the photo) I will recommend you to come here working at a laptop if you have a few hours between your stuffs. Overall, I like this place. It’s not quite but an ok cafe.

Not only can you not redeem points, you can’t scan to earn points either. They also don’t take cash. Not very friendly either. Personalities are bland… similar to seasoning meat with just salt and pepper…

I love Starbucks but I have to give the women working this location 10 stars. Friendliest Starbuck employees I have run into.

Very long waiting time, but it didn't bother anyone... had a nice conversation with locals who immediately gave me good food recommendations.
