I came here accidentally, I was trying to pickup an order and I was at the wrong location.? The AMAZING staff here gave me directions to the correct location and even went out of their way and offered to make my order there in store. Amazing customer service, these girls rock!
It’s a special Starbucks in 2nd floor of Marriott in Austin downtown. This place doesn’t take cash but you can do Starbucks app, gift card or credit card. I like the place because of its seats beneath the barista area. (Please check the photo) I will recommend you to come here working at a laptop if you have a few hours between your stuffs. Overall, I like this place. It’s not quite but an ok cafe.
The women who work here were really overly friendly and made me laugh. The one complaint I might have is that I waited in line for a good 20 minutes one morning and when I got to order I asked for cold brew and they were out of cold foam. Wish they had had a sign or something that said that before I waited that long ?
