Yesterday, my friend and I visited this location and had a deeply disturbing experience. Upon entering, the man at the counter audibly gasped and stared at us without blinking until we reached the counter. We are mature African American women, and the nature of his reaction was so unwelcoming and uncomfortable that we immediately decided not to place an order and left.
This incident left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, and it raised serious concerns about whether customers of all backgrounds are treated fairly at this establishment. I believe this matter warrants immediate attention.

To the girl working here with shoulder length brown curly hair…if you don’t like people and you don’t like mornings, you shouldn’t work at a coffee shop. If you don’t have enough respect for your customers to take your AirPods out when they ask you a question, you should also rethink customer service.

I love this Starbucks! It’s very clean, organized and the staff is always nice and friendly!

It’s an above-average Starbucks near a grocery store and some shops. Baristas are nice to take your orders. Drinks are great. Seats are the type of arrangement you will see. No passcode is required for the bathroom. Overall, it’s a great place to take a rest.

You need to give the employee who drives the BUCCI a raise. Every time I'm sad and get my coffee that little turquoise nissan cube cheers me up. But on a serious note while I was waiting on my mobile order the manager didn't seem to have a friendly attitude towards her employees and told one barista he needed to "pick up the pace" even though it was busy and he looked overworked.
